Saltiest bagel I’ve ever had so disappointed. Cheese wasnt melted bagel wasnt cut in half the bagel was super hard & they forgot my hash brown.
Tried a bagel sandwich from here because it is close to my work. The salt bagel was extremely stale and the egg on it seemed as if premade, then frozen, then reheated. Same for the hash brown on it. Nothing was fresh-gross. There are 2 spots in High Street Place that offer much better (and fresher) options.
Fresh made bagels. Watch them being made. Hard to find street parking. Tasty but too much cream cheese.
Customer service sucks! Unwilling to help in anyway with order placed at wrong store.traing your employees
All the employees on 2/28/2025 were super attentive , friendly and adept.
Terrible attention, I don't give even one star, they made me wait 20 minutes for a cookie, and when I asked them they said I already told them that in 10 minutes in a very bad way
Good food and good staff. Asian guy there is really nice and good looking
Solid bagels. Quality bacon and eggs. Great selection of sandwich options, much better than other spots.

Didn’t have any iced coffee when asked for and the bagels weren’t toasted when requested.

Yum. My bagel was so epic and exactly what I wanted. Who knew a BLT with cream cheese would be so delish. Epic service. Epic location. Good bagel. Yum coffee too! Their iced coffee black is good and you don’t have to put extra stuff in it to make it palatable. Yumers.

Good fresh bagels. Good staff. A little pricey.
I think this place is a solid 4.
I agree it’s a little expensive but I definitely felt fulfilled at the end of me demolishing a ham cheese bagel. My wife didn’t even finish hers.
Skip the hash browns though… not worth it.

For me, one of the best bagels in the city, it was delicious and at a normal price for what Boston is (5 dollars). The staff that assisted us at this headquarters was super friendly and I truly recommend it 100 × 100.

I had work early and was housesitting for a friend, so I needed a quick bite to eat. I had come in about 10 minutes before they opened (didn’t realize at the time). They accommodated me even though they weren’t open, which was so appreciated. Food is pretty good for what you are getting.

Exceedingly mediocre bagels. People are relatively nice, but the product just doesn’t measure up.
