We stopped by the Congress St store on Thursday Oct 30, desperately needing coffee, but not wanting Dunkin or overpriced South Station places..we were delighted with two different variations on breakfast bagels . The bagels are perfect, not skimpy in the filling either... Coffee is out of this world and all are priced amazingly well for downtown Boston! The staff is genuinely friendly and attentive as well!!

Excellent experience here. We ordered catering for a medium sized party. Bagels were fresh, and pre cut. And happened to be delicious. Coffee and fruit (also fresh) were also great. There was some construction going on when we were picking up our order, making it somewhat difficult to find the entrance. Someone called us to make sure we could find the place for pickup and directed us exactly where to go and where to park. That was a very nice touch, and much appreciated! We would use them again for sure.

Saltiest bagel I’ve ever had so disappointed. Cheese wasnt melted bagel wasnt cut in half the bagel was super hard & they forgot my hash brown.

Tried a bagel sandwich from here because it is close to my work. The salt bagel was extremely stale and the egg on it seemed as if premade, then frozen, then reheated. Same for the hash brown on it. Nothing was fresh-gross. There are 2 spots in High Street Place that offer much better (and fresher) options.

Yum. My bagel was so epic and exactly what I wanted. Who knew a BLT with cream cheese would be so delish. Epic service. Epic location. Good bagel. Yum coffee too! Their iced coffee black is good and you don’t have to put extra stuff in it to make it palatable. Yumers.
