Burger King in Boston

“So. This time I've got business to take care of near Maverick MBTA station. Needed something quick for breakfast. Haven't been to Burger King in a while. So I was pleasantly surprised.

The food is standard Burger King fare, y'know biscuits, Croissan'wich, etc. The team member, Ignacia, at the counter displayed excellent customer service skills, took care with my order, ensured my order accuracy, and made me feel valued, all with a beautiful smile. The restaurant and restroom facilities were clean and accessible. I'm going to remember this location and return soon.

“Burger King is always exactly what you expect, but a little bit better. Lost of other fast-food places end up being disappointing, and even sometimes fancier burger restaurants. But the Whopper always delivers. Probably one of the cheaper burgers in downtown Boston, but still just... satisfying. The new kiosk ordering stations are kind of annoying, but they let you customize your order much more, so that's kinda fun.
The atmosphere is about what you'd expect; serviceable. You've got an okay view of the Common, and it's tidy enough, so overall fine.“

“I live next door, and they busy all the time but all the cars in the lot and the drive thru are always gone quick, they are super fast and efficient. They go over everything and make sure your good BEFORE you take off. Definitely worth coming take my word you won't be disappointed.

Kid-friendliness: Very friendly, plenty of high chairs and booster seats. Clean, and the people who come in even the teens after school an during the summer are always respectful especially with the little ones. But never any worries I am a dad of 4 kids been here alot with them very convenient and safe.

Parking: Plenty of parking with additional spots across the street.

“10/10 customer service the best experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant great job to the white manager/supervisor and that great Colombian young male that’s working in the drive thru and Sammy she’s amazing love the crew definitely will be back!!“

“Food was ok not the worst burgerking but I did wait what feels like a long time considering it's fast food place I feel 17 mins is a little excessive considering they seemed overstaffed but I think 2 of the at least 8 employees were bieng trained to work specific stations. Food was still hot so at least I know it was made fresh .“

“Shout out to the lady that worked the drive through tonight. They had no pink lemonade and haven’t for a long time. But this lady made her own version of it using what they had and it was a very good dupe. I’d been craving hi-c pink lemonade and while they didn’t have it, I appreciate her going the extra mile. Food was decent per usual but not the best I’ve ever had from a Burger King thus 4 instead of 5“

“I ordered the car and the order was not for me, but the atmosphere was nice and given the number of groceries I had for this place I assume the kitchen is good. Another important point is that they have a huge parking lot so every time I go down there there are always super interesting places to park.“

“The food usually comes out pretty good but I don’t understand their drive through management tactics. Someone in the back is probably coming up with all these “ideas”. Just pay at the first window and get your food at the second and stop trying to reinvent the wheel.“
