Burger King in Boston

“So. This time I've got business to take care of near Maverick MBTA station. Needed something quick for breakfast. Haven't been to Burger King in a while. So I was pleasantly surprised.

The food is standard Burger King fare, y'know biscuits, Croissan'wich, etc. The team member, Ignacia, at the counter displayed excellent customer service skills, took care with my order, ensured my order accuracy, and made me feel valued, all with a beautiful smile. The restaurant and restroom facilities were clean and accessible. I'm going to remember this location and return soon.

“I went to Burger King and I had the most wonderful experience there was A gentleman name tone it’s weird because I could not get his real name. They all knew him as such. He was very helpful very energetic, extremely patient and had the best Communication skills I have ever encountered this young man is going somewhere. I am a union construction worker. My career is awesome and I can tell wherever he wants to go in life. He is going to be successful as well as Mario, who is his coworker and another young man that I could not really remember his name, these young gentlemen, all three of them deserve a raise before I offer them a opportunity to succeed in my local 1044 construction apprenticeship“

“They always have some kind of two-for-one deal, play employees always a hot Latina MILF, but the only problem I have is that there was a group of African-American kids hanging out, and one of the employees told them they have to buy something in order to hang out, I didn't care for that.“

“I live next door, and they busy all the time but all the cars in the lot and the drive thru are always gone quick, they are super fast and efficient. They go over everything and make sure your good BEFORE you take off. Definitely worth coming take my word you won't be disappointed.

Kid-friendliness: Very friendly, plenty of high chairs and booster seats. Clean, and the people who come in even the teens after school an during the summer are always respectful especially with the little ones. But never any worries I am a dad of 4 kids been here alot with them very convenient and safe.

Parking: Plenty of parking with additional spots across the street.

“Overall decent food, but when ordering even a burger and a LG fry becarwful they have been giving small to medium size fries but changing for a large and charging customers, the exact same price for a combination meal or a BK meal deal as for two items without even a soda.“

“Shout out to the lady that worked the drive through tonight. They had no pink lemonade and haven’t for a long time. But this lady made her own version of it using what they had and it was a very good dupe. I’d been craving hi-c pink lemonade and while they didn’t have it, I appreciate her going the extra mile. Food was decent per usual but not the best I’ve ever had from a Burger King thus 4 instead of 5“

“The employees are on top of things the restaurant is always very clean including the restrooms. Security is even helpful. Only thing I don't like is the people that are always asking for a dollar and a cigarette they need to get rid of that.“

“Marco took my order such a sweet young man who has potential for greatness, the team was terrific and the food delicious. Thank you for having appropriate burgers size as I am a woman who is into fitness and I didn't feel guilty about treating myself.“

“The food usually comes out pretty good but I don’t understand their drive through management tactics. Someone in the back is probably coming up with all these “ideas”. Just pay at the first window and get your food at the second and stop trying to reinvent the wheel.“
