So. This time I've got business to take care of near Maverick MBTA station. Needed something quick for breakfast. Haven't been to Burger King in a while. So I was pleasantly surprised.
The food is standard Burger King fare, y'know biscuits, Croissan'wich, etc. The team member, Ignacia, at the counter displayed excellent customer service skills, took care with my order, ensured my order accuracy, and made me feel valued, all with a beautiful smile. The restaurant and restroom facilities were clean and accessible. I'm going to remember this location and return soon.

He also when I asked him if I could change my drink , no only did he change it without charge he gave me and my wife a size higher. For a Burger king that used to be one in my eyes that I used to avoid coming too, is now one Im gonna keep coming too. Great Work!!

He also when I asked him if I could change my drink , no only did he change it without charge he gave me and my wife a size higher. I stop for a moment to leave this comment in a friendly way and to talk about the terrible experience I had this afternoon when I visited this branch.
This afternoon I stopped at this branch to eat something fast, I was really very hungry because it was around 3:30pm, I don’t remember the exact time, the fact is that I hadn’t had time to eat all day!
Delate of me was a girl who was taking her order, what surprised me was that the lady who was in the box, was talking very amicably with her, which I do not criticize but limit exceeded when they pass about 4 minutes and the client passes her cell phone to the lady who was attending behind the box and she starts talking through a video call!
My anger, annoyance or discomfort is due to the fact that these types of restaurants are fast food sales, and excuse me lady but there is time for everything and I think that that was neither the right place nor the right time to take personal phone calls!
I am currently asking myself the following question, and I leave this question in the air so that you can answer my dear reader!
¿What do you think about this and what was your reaction to such a lack of respect for the people who were waiting for her to end her personal call to take the order?
This situation really stressed me a lot and I just left this branch and walked to another restaurant to have my lunch!
