Hi ?I stop for a moment to leave this comment in a friendly way and to talk about the terrible experience I had this afternoon when I visited this branch.This afternoon I stopped at this branch to eat something fast, I was really very hungry because it was around 3:30pm, I don’t remember the exact time, the fact is that I hadn’t had time to eat all day!Delate of me was a girl who was taking her order, what surprised me was that the lady who was in the box, was talking very amicably with her, which I do not criticize but limit exceeded when they pass about 4 minutes and the client passes her cell phone to the lady who was attending behind the box and she starts talking through a video call!My anger, annoyance or discomfort is due to the fact that these types of restaurants are fast food sales, and excuse me lady but there is time for everything and I think that that was neither the right place nor the right time to take personal phone calls!I am currently asking myself the following question, and I leave this question in the air so that you can answer my dear reader!¿What do you think about this and what was your reaction to such a lack of respect for the people who were waiting for her to end her personal call to take the order?This situation really stressed me a lot and I just left this branch and walked to another restaurant to have my lunch!

It's the place to get our burgers and fries3 !!!! Just went today, 11/30/22 , and this BK was remodeled , looks really nice and bright !!!!!

Regularcito. The manager has some problems with customer Service. I went yesterday and felt an awful experience. Just one sauce and no more than one, even if i had ordered four chicken hamburguers. Need to check her attitude and manners with customers.

So, I have gone into this location so many times and myself and husband are vegan and I have asked repeatedly no cheese or mayo on impossible whopper and every time they serve me it is with mayo and cheese. Also when I got the fries and onion rings they were clearly reheated several times, they were stale, extremely crunchy, not crispy and partially cold in the middle, how this keeps happening, I don't know but this is a very poor location and staff needs to do better, I only gave this a 1 star because the cashier is very sweet, her name is Fatima I believe.

Not happy at all $4:25 for an Oreo shake, apparently it was only milk and Oreos crumbs in it, it wasn’t even full.
