I tried to order a #4 without ketchup or mayo. Easy enough. One would think!! After a few tries, he then tells me to pull up to the window to order. I’m done. As hangry as I am, I rather drive the hour home & make my own meal.

Came here because I needed a bathroom and lunch. The bathroom was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised the staff was polite and took my order right away.

I ordered twice from this location after midnight. The first time they got my entire order wrong.

The second time, according to my second delivery driver, they refused to give him the order because it was a duplicate order?

Either way I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this location again, at least not after midnight and not with delivery apps.

Best burger King location I've been to. Parking was accessible which is usually frustrating to find in downtown areas. Food came fast, and with certain deals, it was very affordable at 14 dollars for 4 people to eat until full. The cashier Paola was very patient with us when we changed our order. Food was good as well. Highly recommend 👍

Go through the drive thru, pull up to window. Give me the wrong food because it was going to take a few minutes longer for what I ordered. Call her out, gets an attitude and gives me half cooked food and starts laughing with the other person because she got caught giving the wrong food and someone complained. I wouldn't go here when the sun is out. The night time people are great. And check your food. If it's going to take an extra 2 minutes they'll give you whatever to get you to leave. The parking lot is filled with scooters and they all stair you down and give you dirty looks. Like a hang out for for undesirables. Place used to be nice.

Horrible!!!!….I placed an order for almost $75 and it was 4 hamburgers and 4 orders of fries, plus some chicken nuggets with fries….and only 2 hamburgers and two orders of fries arrived!….

Shameful!!!…and the person who provides home delivery and the people who work there don’t even check to see if the order is complete or not!!!…

The delivery guy hands me a bag with two hamburgers and two orders of fries and thinks it's worth 74 dollars!!!...and he's a man and he tells me: that's what they gave me...what an idiot!!!!!

I recently ordered a sandwich from your Burger King and asked for no bacon due to a food allergy. The sandwich still had bacon in it, which could have seriously affected my health.
When I pointed this out, the staff were rude and unhelpful. This was really disappointing.
Please make sure your team takes food allergies and customer service more seriously.
