Their tow company will tow your car even if you are a customer inside the restaurant. I was in this place for under 10 minutes and came out to the tow man about to take my car away. He did not want to drop the car even though I was right there so I began recording him and threatened to call the police. This has happened twice. I'm sure there are a lot of illegal tows out of this place. Beware.

The person in the Drive-Thru that was taking my order was talking negative things as the mic was on and also won't let people finish their order always trying to finish it for them like they're paying for the food

Man working in the drive through window was incredibly rude. 12/28 11:10pm. Kept trying to rush us while ordering. I asked what sauces they had and he continued trying to rush us by saying he would answer at the window. I asked for 1 large coke and 1 medium sprite. I received 2 medium cokes. I tried to give it back and he told me no. I told him it’s not what I ordered and he only took one drink back. Gave me a large sprite. I told him once again that it was the coke that was supposed to be a large and he said “it’s the same thing”. It very much is not the same. He got pissed and continued to be rude. I’m a store manager and just got off of my own shift. If my employee acted like this they’d be out the door. I already don’t go to Burger King often but this was one of the only places open. Definitely not coming back.

Do not recommend ever ordering here because every time they either miss items or give wrongs items. If you want a late night order, go elsewhere, because they simply do not ever care to do things properly or will take your money and not give you what you ordered and not properly reimburse

This place keeps sending me the wrong items even though they attach a receipt with my correct order on it. How does that even happen? It's been like 3 times now and I usually let it go but not this time. Getting a refund on this one.

Its a mixed bag. Its great just cuz theyre open.
The staff is really nice, and DO try but at times theyre a bit incompetent and get orders wrong. So, do due diligence when ordering and check your order before you leave the parking lot. Other than that its surprisingly not bad for late nite as they usually have to cook/ prepare any specialized sandwich to order so its ( usually) hot...if right. Lol. But still a surprisingly welcome port in the despite some rocky waters to wade through

All I wanted was $13 of food. I went to Burger King in South Boston the time was 11:00pm and I was told I couldn’t go inside. I had no car I walked to this location and there were many people in the restaurant still eating and I couldn’t go inside so I called my lyft to the location my bettery was on 1% and they told me walk to the drive way. There was traffic what do you want me to get hit by a car? I the guy does my order and drops my bag of fries and uses the same thing in then bag. What a waste of 13.00 and only wanted food! The Lyft driver told me that’s crazy you couldn’t go inside while there was ppl inside. BY FAR WORST WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! South Boston Burger King!

Imagine going to order food and being assaulted for asking a question.

I came to this BK after midnight trying to order food after 20 hrs of work. I pull up to the window the man says “pickup or order” I proceed to say order and he tells me they’re only doing UberEats. The vehicle before me had a list on the screen so I just wanted to know if this was a short window of time, or, for the rest of the night. Nobody answered. I drive up to the window since the line was empty, trying to ask what’s going on. The associate comes to the window, calls me the N Word.

Closes the window, comes back with a large soda and throws it at my head. The drink exploded in the car, spilled everywhere - insult to injury, I was in a rental. Cleaning fees.

It says 24hours but its really not I placed a order at 1:30 am the app took my money I went to pick up my order and waited at the drive through and the people Inside acted like they didn’t see me. They didn’t even cook the food! I need a refund

Very horrible restaurant! They definitely will send you the wrong items when you order even though they would attach a receipt that has your correct order on it! How stupid is this? Is it that no one can read in there or what? How on earth do you send me a receipt with the correct order but send my way wrong items? This has happened more than 4 times and uber keeps protecting such a horrible service! I’m definitely gonna get a full refund of my last order! I always let it slide but not this time!
