Will I say they slow or too much work load, first I place a pickup, I got there and i wait and wait, yet my order wasn't ready , I ended up taking the drink and leave, we'll become of m that experience, I end up placing my order 30 minutes earlier, but it didn't change anything, got there after 30 minutes and expecting to walk out there immediately with my order, well, I waited for almost 20 minutes while watching ppl walk-in and order same thing i was waiting for, I ended leaving without the order and request for a refund

they get your order wrong and then when you call them out on it they blame YOU for the wrong order when it shows on the app what ya paid for
