The food usually comes out pretty good but I don’t understand their drive through management tactics. Someone in the back is probably coming up with all these “ideas”. Just pay at the first window and get your food at the second and stop trying to reinvent the wheel.

First of all this Burger king needs to get new hires. Everyone there has an attitude. Their customer service was the most disrespectful thing ever. I had asked for a meal 8pc mozz fry meal and the manger tried telling me I didn’t. Continued to tell me I was wrong. Then she aggressively asked me to pay for the fries which I had no problem doing so , but she continued the disrespect and attitude and started speaking Spanish with coworkers like I didn’t understand her . Also assuming my gender. Then decided not to give me my food after all that witch I asked for a refund she try to refund me only the $3 and some change I had pay for the fries until I realized and asked for a refund for both transactions. Point is no one on that shift try to handle that situation appropriately. Ex:” I understand you said you asked for a meal but I did not charge you for a meal would you like to add a fry” even tho I know I said I wanted a meal if she wasn’t having side conversation with the other employees she would’ve got my order right .. poor service . Smh

The lady that works here is rude. Because they didn't have juice for the kids meal she's telling me to take soda for a 2year old baby No!! I had to ask her 5 times to take the kids off my oder that I have to pay for not her . I stop giving my kids soda a long time ago so I'm definitely no giving it to my grandkids .

This is the worst Burger King. They are past rude to just ignorant and I don’t even think they knew any better. Mad at me after stating my order 3 times and she couldn’t understand English well and got it wrong, I never seen crispy hard fries here, no offer of sauce for nuggets, no Mayo packs, the one in the picture just walked away like 3 min because she gave me coke because the first Air head never asked what drink I wanted while still failing to complete a simply order through the drive through. Psst poor ass service and food. Don’t waste your money here.
Crazy how people just go around hiring who ever too work a customer service job, the people were unprofessional, not only that it was cash only like we’re in 2024 There no such thing as carrying cash now a day and third of all the bathroom Closed like what how the Bathroom Closed but your a fast food restaurant with people eating there how is your bathroom closed or out of Service.. yall needa get it together

I was initially disappointed when I was served an undercooked Impossible Whopper, but Ricardo, the manager, quickly stepped in and turned the situation around. He handled the issue professionally and made sure I received a properly cooked replacement. What could have been a negative experience was turned into a positive one, thanks to Ricardo’s excellent customer service. I really appreciate how he resolved everything so smoothly!
