Manager is incredibly rude. Had a mobile order and she asked me to pull up to the window. I pulled up to the second window as I had already paid, but she asked me to go to the first window, so I did. No one came to this window. I then heard clapping, and looked up to see this woman BACK at the second window CLAPPING at me to get my attention. I then pulled up, still said thank you, and she ignored me and closed the window after handing me my food. Terrible customer service in my opinion.

I'm giving it one star just so I can post, because they truly don't deserve it. After many years in the restaurants world, I know when a meal is good or bad. My experience tonight was horrible. I waited 10 minutes to be served something useless. I don't recommend this place.

was optimistic about this BK since it was remodeled and has new management. I tell you this, you all need to FIRE that older Dominican woman with glasses who works the cashier. That woman is so nosey and so worried about gossip that she takes every order wrong and then blames you if you come back. I just witnessed this lady scrunch up MY bag in anger that brought back because SHE got my order wrong. And guess what ? I had to come back AGAIN because they decided it was okay to put a chicken from a chicken sandwich and put it in a BURGER BUN.

The food usually comes out pretty good but I don’t understand their drive through management tactics. Someone in the back is probably coming up with all these “ideas”. Just pay at the first window and get your food at the second and stop trying to reinvent the wheel.
