New Balance Brighton! New Balance had bn in Brighton as long as I remember and where great to the community, it has now become a hindrance and not much more
Service, specifically by employee, Genesis, was horrible. I was in the drive-through and they asked me for a number. I don’t know what number they’re talking about. I asked do you need the price? Do you need a different number off of this paper coupon? They only kept asking give me the number.
I’m sorry that I am not a mind reader, so I drove around for them to take a look at it I got yelled at by this employee for saying that I didn’t know what I was doing. I’m sorry, I don’t personally eat a Burger King nor am I familiar with its going’s on. I did not know that this was a prerequisite for purchasing.
I was picking this order up for somebody else .is it that hard for an employee to ask what is the coupon number? Apparently it’s easier for them to continually say that I am at fault. I’m at fault. I will not ever eat this food, and this certainly confirms that I will never purchase for anyone else again at this location.
