Apparently this sign means you must be a burgerking customer to park here. I went to a store across the street and they towed my car and the lot was not at all full. The manager argued this point, that you're not allowed to park there. So I paid $200 for using what seemed to be a parking lot for local stores. 1 star for customer service, I didn't order it's burger king, we all know what they offer

I got my food and was missing things. I called to try and tell them, but they answered then hung up. I called again and their line was disconnected. On top of all this some weirdo was walking back in forth through the parking lot holding an umbrella waving at me in the drive through. Not the best spot in my opinion.
Dining room was closed before 10pm. I ordered through the drive thru a whopper junior with cheese combo meal. Mind you Burger King is known for having whoppers, which are not the average size burger which is why people love them. I received my food and was absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied. My burger literally was so small I could eat it in 1-2 bites????????????????????????? Literally holding the burger in my hand i thought i was eating a little slider... not a burger not a whopper. And the bread was hard as a rock. And food was cold. I'm pissed off! They are lucky I'm not from here. And I was in town for a concert that night. I literally had to throw my burger away. But not before I took pictures and I completed the survey on my receipt. One was has contacted me yet! I will never go too another burger king survey asked was you greeted? No. Did they offer you a crown? No. Was the portion good? No. Etc.... I would of been better off going to Wendy's or McDonald's. Burger King has fell off tremendously. My big mac probably bigger than there cheaply made whoppers now. Raising the price on food but serving less food is absolutely diabolical. I don't recommend anyone I know to go too burger king. Go to Five Guys, Wendy's, or McDonald's if you want something quick.

I had a disappointing experience. The food tasted expired, the drinks were flat and tasted like sparkling water, and the staff kicked us out just because we were kids. On top of that, I never received the Whopper they owed me. If you're looking for a good fast-food restaurant, I recommend going to McDonald's
