Dining room was closed before 10pm. I ordered through the drive thru a whopper junior with cheese combo meal. Mind you Burger King is known for having whoppers, which are not the average size burger which is why people love them. I received my food and was absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied. My burger literally was so small I could eat it in 1-2 bites????????????????????????? Literally holding the burger in my hand i thought i was eating a little slider... not a burger not a whopper. And the bread was hard as a rock. And food was cold. I'm pissed off! They are lucky I'm not from here. And I was in town for a concert that night. I literally had to throw my burger away. But not before I took pictures and I completed the survey on my receipt. One was has contacted me yet! I will never go too another burger king survey asked was you greeted? No. Did they offer you a crown? No. Was the portion good? No. Etc.... I would of been better off going to Wendy's or McDonald's. Burger King has fell off tremendously. My big mac probably bigger than there cheaply made whoppers now. Raising the price on food but serving less food is absolutely diabolical. I don't recommend anyone I know to go too burger king. Go to Five Guys, Wendy's, or McDonald's if you want something quick.

I had a disappointing experience. The food tasted expired, the drinks were flat and tasted like sparkling water, and the staff kicked us out just because we were kids. On top of that, I never received the Whopper they owed me. If you're looking for a good fast-food restaurant, I recommend going to McDonald's

Marco took my order such a sweet young man who has potential for greatness, the team was terrific and the food delicious. Thank you for having appropriate burgers size as I am a woman who is into fitness and I didn't feel guilty about treating myself.

im so sorry burger king. im so sorry that it had to come to this. after eating the unsweetened churros today i will never be coming back. i have never put something so evil into my mouth ever. im crying hysterically as i type this. i will forever yearn for your whopper Wednesdays and 6 dollar milkshakes.

I placed an order from uber eats just to have my driver tell me that the workers complained about my order. It’s not my fault you guys don’t have a limit on the app on how much sauces I can get.

They refuse to serve me through the drive-thru while I was on a motorcycle claiming that it is against their policy that if you're not in a car they will not serve you. Doesn't matter if you have a registered motor vehicle (motorcycle) That you pay insurance on and his registered. There were four cars behind me in the rain and they refused to serve me. This is the most unpleasant experience at a fast food restaurant as ever endured. I've been to many Burger, Kings and McDonald's who will serve you as long as you are in a motor vehicle, It is not discriminate against what type of vehicle. I asked them politely to be human for a minute and they still refused. Never coming back here again. Even after I placed a mobile order which was more expensive than ordering at the window they still gave me a hard time, Even refused to give me a cup of water. If you want Burger King, I suggest you go somewhere else or at least not order while these people are present.

They like to charge for their sauces and I think that’s ridiculous especially when you go to the surrounding burger kings and they just hand you a bunch of sauces when you ask and don’t charge you some ridiculous amount that I’m almost certain the cashiers pocket

I am deeply disappointed by the appalling service I received tonight at the Burger King location in Brighton. The employee who took my order, a Spanish gentleman, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not only did he make a mistake with my order, but when I asked for it to be corrected, he rudely insisted that I drive back around to the drive-thru despite there being no cars in front of or behind me, and it being late at night. The churros I received were utterly disappointing — completely devoid of sugar, cinnamon, or any sweetness at all. This is not the standard I expect from a reputable chain, especially when the food was for my children. The entire experience was hurtful, and I feel deeply upset that a simple order became such a frustrating ordeal. I am requesting that this issue be brought to the attention of management so that the employee’s behavior and the quality of the food are reviewed. This type of treatment is simply unacceptable and I sincerely hope this feedback reaches the appropriate higher-ups to ensure no other customer has to endure the same poor experience. (He smirked through it all as if he intended for his off intentions to unsettle me and my family also in the picture u see no cinnamon or sugar crumbs anywhere in the box or on the churros just fried pieces and oil that’s it. The turtle itself that is not sugar or cinnamon.

Employees are miserable, food is almost as miserable as the staff. Also do not go to this location unless you want your car towed. They had my car towed despite paying for food.
