I ordered the car and the order was not for me, but the atmosphere was nice and given the number of groceries I had for this place I assume the kitchen is good. Another important point is that they have a huge parking lot so every time I go down there there are always super interesting places to park.

Does not give receipt at drive tru and the excuse is the machine is not working . My card was over charged of $10.00 when I check my account after I got home and with no receipt I have no argument. I will be reporting this to the State

Well here we go, I gave you guys a 2 in service cause the girls in the window were ok seem like they been threw it with customers but the girls bagging the food very crappy customer service the way she threw my bag was crazy talking about get that bag out of here it’s not what she said but how she said it wraps wasn’t even wrap properly food wasn’t put in the wrap correctly I been to other Burger King the wrap doesn’t look nothing like this one. I ask for honey mustard wraps they gave me one honey mustard the other had a different sauce I didn’t ask for you give what people pay for not what you feel like giving them. Better service better quality of food would be nice. Very sad and disappointing. It was a mess in this location back to West Roxbury I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Horrible Service in need of training ASAP
Atmosphere bland, service not good. I asked for a #1 with cheese they gave me a nasty impossible whopper instead. So I went up to counter for them to correct it the manager said okay. I stood there for 15 minutes still she never gave me my food had to ask another employee and they gave me my sandwich quickly after. So there's a reason why I rated low.
