Something wrong with their cooks! My whopper taste like straight lighter fluid. This I's the first coming from BK. Management needs to check these things out instead of sitting in the office all day..

While waiting for the #16 bus I decided to grab a Whopper Jr., sandwich only. I had 10mins before the bus arrives. I was the only person in line...I order. They had approximately 4-5 people standing around the area where the completed orders are docked. After more than 11mins, I still had no sandwich. My bus was running late...but it came and still now Whopper Jr. I had to leave to catch my bus. I told them, with the expected aggravation, "I was waiting for my #10 order too long and now, I have to go.". I left the receipt on the counter for management to see via the cameras. That is one of the most unprofessional, lazy-in-appearance BK locations. The staff show no respect, empathy, or professionalism - they just don't care...it's just a paycheck. That should not be a representation of the Dorchester community. One word, SHAMEFUL. This is the first time I've written a review about this BK location...but not the first egregious customer service experience I've had at that location.

So I went to this Burger King expecting to have a great time. Turns out I was wrong. I have a brother who is deathly allergic to sesame seeds. We ordered a bacon king with potato bread. We specifically said potato bread. And they gave us bread with sesame seeds. That wasn’t even the worst part. Instead of a bacon king. THEY GAVE US A RODEO BURGER. HOW DO YOU MESS UP THAT BAD. I only came here because it was close to my house. Never come here.
