How do you piss off all of your customers at once. Oh here’s how… close the lobby and have delivery orders routed to drive through. Awesome, let’s get the customers at home waiting angry, the delivery drivers angry, and the customers in line who wants food now angry. Great idea. Maybe leave the lobby open hire someone whose job it is to monitor the lobby. You’re customer satisfaction is worth the Pennies it would cost. I can implement something for you if you’d like. Lmk

So I ordered food off of doordash and then a couple minutes after that it says my order was canceled I could have sworn that y'all was open for 24/7 which is what is says online if that is not the case then y'all should put the actual time when y'all closing y'all don't receive online orders because it doesn't make sense for it to show that y'all are open and then when the actual Dasher gets to the place it says it's closed I'm not a fan of that and that's why people lose a lot of business because things are not accurate

I was just in drive threw at 1:00am I try to oder but the lady said speak up so I did but still can't hear me so she start to yelling and call me stupid and says terrible words at me I get to the window wanted to throw a drink at me and she say I was the one what the he'll like what type of person act like that a crazy one if u madd cause u working then go home Becareful people going to drive threw

Food was ok not the worst burgerking but I did wait what feels like a long time considering it's fast food place I feel 17 mins is a little excessive considering they seemed overstaffed but I think 2 of the at least 8 employees were bieng trained to work specific stations. Food was still hot so at least I know it was made fresh .

Burger King is advertising wrong prices on TV, when you go to the actual place they tell a difference price, the $5 trio and $7 trio on TV, when you go to the place they say it's $6 trio and $8 trio plus tax.
