PreShow

Great place for a casual pre-show meetup. Loved the rosemary ricotta with zucchini latkes, wonderful swordfish, hoisin duck confit, and creative cocktails!

Great food! Everything we had was delicious. Service was a little slow but still highly recommend

The first time I went to B&B it was a magical experience! I prepped myself this time to not expect "magic" again, but it was actually disappointing. For a restaurant that makes a big deal out of setting the expectation that reservations are NOT for longer than 90 minutes, service should be a LOT more timely. There seemed to be many staff members but it was a long time before we got service. Once we received the menus it was again a long time before the waitress returned to take our order. Our food started arriving quickly. We each ordered 2 tapas sized items, and were sharing a 3rd. (I was anxious to try items that I had not tried the first time.) The small table became immediately covered with plates and dishes, and it was difficult to manage. As some plates were emptied, we were expecting them to be picked up promptly, to make room, as staff walked by our table, but the empty dishes remained for a long time. 2 of the dishes were quite good, but the others were just okay. Like I mentioned before, the first visit was fantastic, so I am not going to give up since it could have just been a bad night for staff. I'm good with that, and willing to give you another try the next time we're in Boston.

My husband and I had a great experience several years ago so when my son needed to come to Boston Children's and it was his birthday I thought this would be a great dinner. The fries were amazing and my son liked the Mac n cheese. We may be spoiled by the service and food in Atlanta. Expected more.

Had high expectations for a recent brunch here. Service was excellent but the food and drinks were a disappointment. Premixed Bloody Mary cocktails were watery. The fact that they weren't mixing the drinks to order is baffling for a restaurant of this caliber. The breakfast potatoes that came with most entrees were cold on everyone's plate. On the positive side, the signature honey glazed biscuits, the beignets, and the avocado toast were tasty. Overall it was a disappointment, though perhaps they just had a bad day.

The food and service were both exceptional. The noise level was higher than was comfortable for us, but we look forward to returning.

The wait staff we great - friendly and attentive. Ty he food was delicious. We had the chicken sliders, the street corn and the collard greens and of course the biscuits. The atmosphere was energetic and lively. We enjoyed our meal very much.

The server was great. The only reason for a 4 vs 5 rating was that the food came out staggered. I think they could do a better job at food timing. My meal came out extremely fast and my date's came out almost 10 min later.

Opentable Diner

We enjoyed the shrimp and the viet duck confit. Sauces excellent, and the baguette delivered with the meal let us soak them. It's a bit noisy, not horrendous. Service was helpful

We loved this restaurant! Visiting from Canada. Here for the marathon. A friend recommended we dine here. I give it 5+ stars. So charming! So fun! So good! We chose the tapas entrees and shared. We ordered a second helping of the ribs. You must! Delicious. Shrimp came with a warm just baked baguette. Ate the whole loaf! Strawberry feta salad was a huge hit. And the beignets! Just as good as the many I've eaten in New Orleans! The staff were lovely. It really was a great experience. And we will definitely be back. A shout out to my amazing awesome gorgeous niece who ran the marathon in 3:13:48.

We enjoyed the fried chicken, ceasar salad and biscuits. We found the Mac and cheese and duck confit less impressive. Service was very slow to take our order or bring the check, and the decor was pretty tacky (a lot of plastic plants), chairs were hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom situation was two toilet stalls in one shared gender restroom (men's was out of order) with no paper towels. Overall we enjoyed some tasty food but found the experience a little disappointing, probably won't be back.

Was sat at our table but took too long to get service or acknowledged so we moved to bar since there were open seats and we originally wanted bar seats

We grandparents celebrated Easter with another family—table for eight, Including two seven-year olds. Perfect choices— for all—fried chicken thighs (so tender), chocolate chip pancakes, smoked salmon, glazed biscuits with honey butter. Very inventive “mock-tails.” Restaurant was packed but we never felt rushed. Near to Trinity Church and Copley Square, I think we may have started a new Easter Tradition at B&B.

This is the second time I've eaten here. Came back from out of state because the food was amazing. Service was very poor this time. Every server was inattentive and we rarely saw them. Otherwise the food was still top notch.
