The restaurant was very nice and the food was very good. The NYE VIP entertainment experience was confusing and did not feel like it added much value to the visit. There was no designated VIP section, and we had to wait for our table to be ready upon arrival for our reservation. After being seated the hostess advised that we could keep our table until the end of the event, but after eating the waiter informed us that we had to leave the table upon receiving the check. There was advertised live music but there was mostly a dj playing music, I'm not sure if the live drummer was present as we were not seated near the live entertainment, even though we were VIP. The access to SpyBar as a second event option was nice, and we ended the night there, but there was also no designated VIP perks except for not paying the entry cover fee. I would consider dining again but not paying for the extra VIP.
The food and drinks were delicious and the service was excellent. We were planning to have an early New Years Eve dinner and ended up staying for several hours and had a great evening.
What a great find. If you do not tolerate spicy food (as my dining companion could testify), the menu options would seem quite limited, but if you can, there is a lot to satisfy on this satisfying menu.
Cool spot. Tasty small plates. Grilled shrimp won't the night. Pork tacos runner up

We are from Thailand, with our own Mexican joint. So to some extent, our lens is a bit tainted. Place was empty when we walked in, and in Thailand people just walk to an open table. In this case though, no can do, hostess has to sit you in an open restaurant. Music was far too loud. No blended lime margaritas on offer, but the bartendar whipped us up some fresh on the rocks margs. Excellent, with a very strong but balanced tequila. Margs were the highlight. Food came in less than 5 min, sometimes a good sign, sometimes a bad sign. Chips and salsa - chips were huge basket, the tomato salsa had decent flavor, but the green salsa was bland. We dumped salt everywhere. Al Pastor tacos were fine, albeit tiny. Proper corn tortillas, fresh pineapple and (we think) some type of cilantro. Needed raw onions, and more al pastor flavoring. Throw in some Mexican beans side dish for nothing and make the customer feel value!! Even some cheap mexican rice would be good. Short rib tacos were fine, but again, very high (for us) pricing. Very nicely decorated place, and service was very prompt, friendly, and professional. All in all? Just didn't feel value, and the food didn't muster up to the prices. There is a huge bar, and we suspect slightly adjust portions, flavor and prices this place could be amazing.

Authentic, tasty Mexican food in a lively, contemporary setting. The hostess and servers were friendly and acommodating.
The drinks were very small for a big price. The food was definitely not worth it, and the prices are a little too much higher than other places nearby.
If I could leave zero stars I would. These people told us we were not allowed to order drinks even though we walked in the restaurant 30 seconds ago. I’m honestly not sure what we did but this place has terrible service. I would recommend never going

Overall everything was excellent - the food is amazing!! The servers are great and super friendly. One minor complaint is that the music is so loud it is hard to talk.
Service was out standing, food was really good. Music was good but just at the end of the night, could improve at the beginning of the evening.

Food was fresh, creative, delicious and service was fast (Thurs night, 1/3rd full). This is a good place for people who not familiar with how good Mexican cuisine can be. Tuna Tostada was a highlight, and the short rib tacos were also very very good. Atmosphere is a bit on the young/hip side. Despite music being played, it was not too loud and we could converse easily. Highly recommended.

Amazing food and convenient location! We are visiting Boston and this was a highly rated place which makes sense! We split the enchiladas, beef birria tacos, and the chips with guacamole/salsa. Also got a sangria pitcher - amazing! Our waitress was so attentive and sweet, definitely a great spot for a nice dinner or night cap. Can’t say enough about how amazing the food was

Very small portions. Very overpriced. Service was great, but the constant need to try and upsell us was frustrating
The hosts were very poorly predisposed, I had to wait for someone, i said that it was 1 person and they looked at me very badly as if it were a problem. They really need to rearrange their priorities and be open to the public. There were three people at the reception and all of them same horrible attitude. Friday 11/7 19.30 pm

We arrived on the early side of Friday night on our way to see a show nearby. The ambiance was very cool and perfect for a fun night. The waitress was great. She explained any of the dishes we needed help with. We opted to go for the small plates. Spice level is quite low so no need to worry if you are shy about hot and spicy stuff. The drinks were very different and tasty. Tequila and mezcal a main ingredient in most, but there was something to appeal to any boozy taste. Check this place out. We will be back soon.
