I cannot recommend this venue highly enough! There were all types of people at the concert, young, older, a few parents with kids and more. They are accommodating, really nice people and the personalized experience from both the venue and the artists was amazing! So if you are handicapped/disabled, please don't be afraid to go! If you're not, don't hesitate to go. They will take great care of you. I had questions, emailed them prior, best parking, cannot stand due to disability etc. They responded quickly and politely, very helpful. I didn't feel like a burden at all. Saw Sheppard here, VIP, and the experience made me soooo happy.(Also, great pricing) Highly recommend this venue for an enjoyable, fun experience! Much love to Berklee and Sheppard for making, my most likely, last concert experience so amazing! ❤️ Summary: GO, GO here for a show. You'll have a wonderful time!

This was a really nice venue! It's tough to see the band at times but if you get here early you can get a good spot and a good view. My girlfriend and I came here to see Tow'rs and the sound system was great, not too loud and not too soft but you could still feel the bass in your hest and every detail of each instrument was crisp and clear. The band actually hung out in the audience after the concert which was super fun.
