The coffee is just bad, way too expensive for the quality.

This place is the definition of a tourist trap. Insanely expensive for no reason. I got a large iced coffee and fruit cup and it cost 16 bucks. I’d rather shoot myself in the foot with a nail gun than go here again.

I travel a lot and enjoy the Italian food that is served in excellent Italian restaurants in other cities. Unfortunately here in my hometown of Knoxville this was never the case until now. The meal that my wife and I savored at Amalfi was equal to or better than anywhere I have dined. The ambience the service the entire experience is so very welcome Hello Amalfi excellent Italian cuisine has finally arrived

Hey Cafe Amalfi,
I just want to give you a glowing review for being awesome and not caving to silly local government pressure to stop treating your community of dog owners with anything other than love and respect.
Frankly, Massachusetts government has a history of acting ridiculously hypocritical and your recent citation from DOH for offering water to dogs is a perfect example.
I think it’s absurd for anyone to argue that a dog drinking water off the floor or being offered a treat poses some sort of public health threat.
Let us be real: this same government makes it illegal for a rideshare driver with severe dog allergy to even consider questioning whether or not a service animal is actually one. Yes you read that right, it is illegal for a rideshare driver to ask for documentation proving a service animal is actually such allowing a simple lie to take advantage.
Yet they want to pick on you guys for welcoming anyone to get their morning coffee?
The double standard is ridiculous.

Hope you guys keep doing your thing and supporting your community and their furry friends despite any unfair citations and setbacks!

All the best!!!

An absolute excellent Madagascar vanilla latte. I’m not from here, but if I ever come back, I will definitely stop here. Five stars all the way.

It's alright. Nice latte. Would prefer a cup to paper. The pastries would benefit from quality over quantity. Or rebrand as a patisserie.
