The food is so poorly made, that it's shocking it is so expensive. The wait staff is always very kind, but you can see how poorly they are treated by management. Additionally, they're always understaffed. So the wait for the rubbish food is even more problematic. Just a hard pass. Save your time and money going somewhere else.

I’ve always enjoyed the food here since they opened this location at Cleveland Circle. But unfortunately, my visit on a busy Saturday morning for brunch was rather disappointing. As we waited a bit longer for our food, I noticed a few actions of the restaurant staff that were pretty concerning. 1) Everyone is running around, rushed, and bumped into each other while holding water/drinks. One dropped food scraps on the floor. Restaurants get busy all the time, but rarely you see clumsy chaotic staff. 2) A staff dropped plastic cup on the floor while filing the water, picked it up, no replacement, refilled the water and brought to the table. Hygiene issue. 3) A lid of a takeout container fell on the ground, a staff picked it up and placed back to the stack on the table. Hygiene concerns.
The manager or shift leader should really tell the staff to slow down a bit and work on front of the house organization.

Popped in for a quick coffee and was so impressed by the service. Dayana U. was incredibly efficient and so welcoming. It's really nice to find a spot that offers such express service with genuine hospitality. Made my stop there really pleasant!

Wonderful food. Great variety on the menu and generous portions. Ideally located for us next to the AC Hotel. Had both breakfast and dinner here and both meals were great. Friendly service, but some patience required because it was so busy on a Saturday. Be sure to make a reservation, even for breakfast.
Attar H. is fantastic! The service was really top-notch, and it's clear she runs a tight ship. You can tell when a place is well-managed, and this is definitely one of those spots. Everything felt smooth and welcoming, and Attar's presence really makes a difference. Highly recommend!

Not really a great service. We wanted a coffee to go and they needed 15 min! Because they had many ordering from eating-in. Also matcha for $8?? In which world?

What a fantastic experience for our 52nd anniversary lunch! Anna J. was an absolute gem – so friendly and incredibly helpful in navigating the menu for us. It was our first time visiting, and she made it so special. We will definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend!

I love this place and everyone I take loves it! Eggs Benedict Florentine and of course the Shakshuka. And the nutella rosalach is the best!
As always, delicious!! The pumpkin menu is amazing. We loved the pumpkin pancakes, waffles, later, and whipped cream.
The Moroccan fish dish was disappointing, but the crushed potatoes are heavenly.
