I had high hopes for it here as I’ve been to the Cafe Landwer in Toronto twice and it’s some of the best food I’ve had. I got the vegan shawarma and it was so underwhelming. The shawarma was underseasoned and made the whole plate pretty bland. The service was also very subpar. Will certainly go back to Landwer in Toronto, just not here.
Everything was good tea was out of this world enjoyed tea and food there better than high tea at library
Had brunch with my niece and as always we had delicious food, the service was great and not rushed at all. Highly recommended.
The food is wonderful, but the service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. We had a reservation and were seated. It was about 15-20 minutes before someone came over with water. All the while, people walking past us. We order an appetizer platter and 3 dishes. The wrong appetizer was delivered. One of the three dishes was delivered and the other two weren't even close to what was ordered. It took another 20 minutes for the dishes to be corrected. The manager was kind enough to acknowledge this issues and comped our entire meal. It's unfortunate the service is so atrocious as the food, when correct, was delicious. Hoping they are able to get their act together.
Food was delivered cold. Ordered the waffles and they were served cold with frozen butter and freshly out of the fridge syrup. Very expensive prices and Waffle House would have been 1 million times better.
Always delicious. The worst part is trying to decide what to order each time as there are too many delicious options. Great place for vegetarians!
Overall, great experience again. This has been my "go to" in Back Bay for breakfast and lunch and it continues to exceed expectations. Service was a little slower than normal but it was very busy. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food was great. Atmosphere great and cleanniness outstanding.
It's my daughters go to place and our first time there. Generous portions and flavorful food.
Amazing tasty, great food and service!!! If you're looking into Israeli authentic food .. this is the place 👍
The coffee was delicious, and the salmon salad was fresh and flavorful. A perfect spot for a light and satisfying meal!

Since when Kunafa is from Isnoreal? Haaaa they take even the food and culture 😐 anyway the food in this place could never compared to authentic Arab food.

Food was delicious! We were both very pleased with our meals- Florentine Benedict and a haloumi egg sandwich. The Chai latte was wonderful, too! The space is lovely- bright and open- but got very loud as the space filled. Perhaps there's a way to put in sound-absorbing tiles? Or even more cushions might help.
I drink tea everywhere I go and have to say this was the most unique and well done. A bit odd to get service for a simple drink take out though.

I got seated quickly. Then it took 25 mins for a server to come to greet us. They were going to all the tables around us, just not ours. They weren’t busy… the place was 50% full. After they took my drink order, it took another 15 mins… but not even everything was ready… But I’d had enough and was leaving as the partial drink order arrived 40 MINUTES AFTER I got THERE. Worst service EVER.
