Yeah no today I went in here to order food and when one of the workers went to open the box for me to put my slices in a roach crawled out of the box and he was upset that I wanted my money back I don't recommend

I was seeking out a place to grab something quick since my friend stood me up for lunch. ..smh. The place is small, kinda run down, small tables and chairs, old payment machine, but the owners were nice.I ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza and fries, which took a while. A few people came in behind me, so it seems like they get business being by Suffolk University and all. The fries were good, but the pizza needs some work. I can't promise I'll every try this place again, but it was okay for the moment.

I would give it zero if I could. Door locked at lunch. Person working there extremely rude. Online ordering hasn't worked in a year he said after I sent someone to pick up food - he said it was being delivered - lie. He cancelled the order and both phone numbers do not work so had to go back again to find out it was cancelled and they aren't taking orders. Must be a front for something. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

They were offering a sample of their new falafel sandwich, and the sign -in setting of my snacking mood when leaving work - caught my eye. I was expecting a small piece of falafel but instead they took some time and crafted an entire sandwich! Falafel were not overly fried tasting, the pita tasted quite fresh and was soft, and the cabbage added just the right amount of crunch and texture. I had to run to the train ; if I didn't I would have probably asked for a little more bit sauce and I get the sense they would have happily obliged. I appreciate the pride he puts in the food and will likely go back some day to support the business!

Amazing service, went here in the late afternoon with my family after spending the day walking all around Boston, good food- paramount to NYC pizza. Amazing quality dough. Very nice owner, had a lovely conversation with him. Quick service, hot fresh food. I don't eat meat so I had the margherita pizza and Adams pizza, both were delicious and well made. My family had some kind of panini and a Hawaiian style pizza, great reactions from them, they smelled delicious as well! Will definitely be returning in the future with my college buddies, great atmosphere, not very busy in the afternoon.Vegetarian options: Not a wide selection, a lot of the dishes have meat, but the Marg pizza and Adam pizza were delicious!!!!
Delicious tenders and we r always get our food. It is a bit off tho how it will be quiet when we walk in and then to pass the time waiting for our food to cook they will blast Selena Gomez music at level 100.

Nothing but good things to say about these guys! My son and I dropped in while visiting Boston and had a great time talking with the workers there. They treated my son very well and encouraged him in pursuing his eventual career and education. They are hiring so check them out if you need a job! ;)The pizza was excellent and will come back next time we are in Boston.

My boyfriend likes this place but I've never been impressed. The pizza is sub par considering there's other, better, spots close by. The staff is not very good either. I am pescatarian and ordered a salad with shrimp however they were out so instead of notifying me they substituted chicken. When I asked them to remake the salad they said I can just pick off the chicken which is not an acceptable solution.
