Pizza was amazing. Incredible crust. I believe that the owner is from Sicily und uses family recipes. My son asked for parmesan and came back with the grated type in a jar, but then the owner came out with the good blocks and grated freshly over our pizzas. Glad we took a chance on this place. Will be back. ??
I stopped here for some dinner because I had a client to see in the area. I had a slice of cheese and pepperoni with pesto and seasoned fries with garlic and parmigiana. I will say the food was excellent. While I was here I was the only one that sat down to eat and there was music playing in the background which was nice. I'm sure it does get busy during the week as it is in the area of Boston Medical Center. I would definitely eat here again. The stall was fantastic.
I don't go to Cafe Quattro often and hadn't been for a couple of months. Stopped in today for a quick slice of pizza and it was delicious. I was confused at first as I didn't remember it being so great in the past, then I went on their website and saw they had a change in ownership. Pizza is now absolutely delicious, heated in the oven to order, nice crispy crust, fresh, and slices still massive.
