The cashier tipped herself and didn't let me choose it
It is a very nice coffee next to the symphony hall. It is very noisy so it is not the best place to have some deep work with a coffee, or have a call, do some work.
Coffees and teas are nice are they offer several options. Sweet and salty is also considered. WiFi is only for clients.

Looks dull and useless
The seating is comfortable and inviting, but the place is often crowded with students. I tried the coconut coffee, but it was much sweeter than I expected. Would be great if they offered an option to adjust the sweetness when we ordered it.

I've procrastinated a good 4 years on writing this review because I wanted to do it justice, so i might be a tad bias when i say: id like to give this place a 6/5 if i could. Like many other students, artists and academics on Mass Ave, i found a sort of second home in this place given the absurd amount of time i have spent here.
There is an air of productivity and a positive work or creative energy that pervades this place throughout the day, so if you are feeling a creative block or unmotivated to work at home, I'd make a sincere recommendation to come here instead regardless of if you want to get things done, get ideas or just want some time to yourself.
There is soft piano jazz playing all the time from some of the most niche artists I've ever heard, with plenty natural lighting in the day and scenery at night owing to glass walls and iconic location. Pair this with what is undoubtably the best Mocha in Boston and a really unique and delicious dessert menu, and you might understand why this place is the go to destination for so many people in the area. Given its popularity, location and originality, i would actually call this place a must visit landmark if you are coming to Boston. Its a unique experience that captures the essence of the city in a tiny cozy and picturesque corner in one of its most bustling parts.
A special shoutout to Marco, John and the rest of the staff, for being among the most kind and friendly hosts I've ever had over so many years.

Good place to bring your computer, with plenty of tables and space for working. The food isn’t anything special, but fresh.

I have enjoyed every menu item I have tried, and on top of that, I love that it is one of the few cafes open late! Having a chill, cozy option on nights I wouldn't want to go somewhere like a bar is wonderful! (And so conveniently bikeable *and* close to the T!)

One of the best places in Boston to drink coffee! I’ve been searching for a place like this for very long. The stuff members are very nice , especially the person who was working tonight at around 6pm, unfortunately I don’t know his name , but he did a very pretty latte art for my coffee. It was delicious. Atmosphere of the place is 15 out of 10! Would definitely recommend it to all my friends

I am so happy I finally got to try this place!
I highly recommend the peach yogurt smoothie, but my friend also really loved her mango peach smoothie. I also had the grilled cheese and it was pretty good too. I really want to try the shaved ice next time.
I'm not sure if they have wifi, but I would definitely come here to study. I saw a lot of people coming here to study and I understand why they would come here. It's really nice inside, the music is nice and calm (not too loud), and the food and drinks are great too!
