My daily stop for coffee...there's plenty of options....Dunkins, Starbucks, Blank St.....but this Nero is my go to. Coffee is solid, only trumped by the customer service. Super friendly people behind the counter who always make it enjoyable to return. Food is a little pricey.....but can't go wrong with their coffee

Grabbed a coffee and muffin to catch the 7:30am commuter rail. The muffin had to be at least a day old, hard as a rock. That leaves Dunkin’ chemicalized pastries as the only option at North Station in the morning. We’re in the Stone Ages in Beantown!

Affordable chain cafe with plenty of food choices and pretty good coffee. This time I ordered delivery, including hot latte, veggie burger, blueberry muffin, chocolate muffin, and pistachio muffin. The vegetarian burger is not too big, but it tastes solid and quite delicious. The hot latte is mellow and delicious, the pistachio muffins have a rich pistachio aroma, and the muffins are soft, sweet and delicious. Chocolate muffins, chocolate muffins are soft, sweet and delicious.

This time I ordered delivery food, including hot latte, veggie burger, blueberry muffin, chocolate muffin, and pistachio muffin. The vegetarian burger is not too big, but it tastes solid and quite delicious. The hot latte is mellow and delicious, the pistachio muffins have a rich pistachio aroma, and the muffins are soft, sweet and delicious. I ordered a small iced matcha latte but was charged and served a medium instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff did nothing to fix it or offer any resolution. The drink was fine, but the lack of attention and poor customer service left a bad impression.
