I have been working out there in Weselley ma so I and co worker went in there after a long day of work and the young lady who attended us rushed out the store as
Like we did not belong
Sad the coffee and muffin was great but the service was awful 😢
No Nero
I have been to Caffe Nero multiple times and am never disappointed! My favorite is the vegetarian ciabatta! ☕️
Today my daughter got a smoothie from the Andover location and when she took a sip she felt something hard so she spit it out and there was a staple in her smoothie!! Caffè Nero is a student-friendly restaurant known for its good customer service, as shown by the staff's efforts during busy times. It can get crowded during weekends and closes early at 7 pm. The decaffeinated espresso has had issues with a burnt taste in the past. The cafe offers a cozy atmosphere with a piano and a nice ambiance that makes it a good place to relax and read a book. Customers often enjoy the food, including cheesecake, and the drinks, such as strong hot or iced black coffee. Despite occasional slow service and some rude comments from others, the staff and the coffee are the main reasons why many love Caffè Nero. The team manages well during rushes, and the location stands out for its atmosphere, music, and overall experience.
