Sunshine was so delightful to work with for a last minute catering order, when my catering order at another bakery fell through. She offered to bake pastries on the spot and within 30 minutes, I had a beautiful arrangement of treats to take to work. I so much appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond to help out a customer. It is rare to find such wonderful customer service. Thank you!!

Large selection of coffee and tea drinks. Quality is very good and service is quick and friendly. It was pretty loud and busy however; most seats were taken and it felt a little cramped. Despite that, it is still a fairly nice place to study, work, or even go on a coffee date.

I started coming here a few years ago, when I moved to Boston, and usually come here every day when I am in town. The atmosphere is warm and pleasant, and reminds me of a typical European cafe (Caffe Nero can be found everywhere in London and in many other European cities). I also find the coffee much more to my taste than most other American coffee shops.
I particularly like the service I get in this shop. Over time, I've come to know many of the staff by name, and they are always friendly, helpful in many occasions (not least when I forget something in the shop), and remember my usual order. I recommend this shop without reservations.

Ordered two caramel frappe lattes. She made the drinks AND POURED OUT two more whole drinks worth! All the espresso I paid for down the drain. Crumb cake was heavenly. No cream cheese for the bagel ordered.
Staff is good but this place must keep the air conditioning at 85 or something because I'm always SWEATING in here!! It's so uncomfortable.

Food was good, but the guy who made my smoothie definitely did not know how to make it properly. Instead of asking another employee, he just took a guess at how to make it and made me pay for a cup full of passion fruit syrup.
