Ordered two caramel frappe lattes. She made the drinks AND POURED OUT two more whole drinks worth! All the espresso I paid for down the drain. Crumb cake was heavenly. No cream cheese for the bagel ordered.

Food was good, but the guy who made my smoothie definitely did not know how to make it properly. Instead of asking another employee, he just took a guess at how to make it and made me pay for a cup full of passion fruit syrup.
Good food, decent coffee, nice workers, miserably understaffed shifts. Never waited less than 10 mins. in line while the poor worker has to do everything all on their own.
