The drinks were sugar bombs. I couldn't finish. I've never had such oversweeted drink. All of them were too sweet. Overrated place.

Caffe Nero’s are usually great but this one drops the ball. Every time I go here I think “Maybe it’ll be better this time” and it never is. I have waited 15 minutes for the barista to pour a black coffee while people behind me in line with more complicated orders being finished first, and twice in a row I’ve gone to get an iced coffee and both times they’ve run out of iced coffee! I’ll probably end up here again hoping it will be better next time, but I know it won’t be.

Very student friendly! The only thing is that this place is understaffed so I feel bad coming here on weekends since it's so packed. This place closes at 7 pm so if you need to work longer I would suggest

This location does do mobile orders and you have to ask them to make them.

Constantly seeing rats in this location walking around the place even when it's closed. Don't sit next to the plants they have because there are mice in there. So unhygienic

Good coffee and good food. Service is often terrible. One of the baristas always add a dine-in fee to every food and drinks, although I usually do a takeout.

I came here for a music event. Wonderful vibe. Very Bohemian - hardly surprising given the proximity to Berklee and the symphony. I'll be back - and

Great atmosphere and location, but the workers can be a little slower here compared to other locations throughout the city.

Wanted a chai to warm us up on a chilly Boston morning and this place did NOT deliver. I recently visiting Cafe Nero and had a disappointing experience. The chai and tasted like steamed hot almond milk. We had to get almond milk because they ran out of whole milk. You'd think that they could remedy that being across the street from a Whole Foods. To make matters worst, I paid $20 for these mediocre drinks, and it wasn't worth the trip to the place. I wouldn't recommend it for chai lovers. Absolute waste of money!!!!
