I don't usually write reviews for chain locations, but every time I come here it's always a wonderful experience. The staff are attentive, nice, and make friendly jokes that truly brighten your day. Their liveliness behind the counter to both customers and each other is really infectious. The food is also made a lot fresher and with more care than the other Nero locations I've been to!

Troy is truly remarkable. Despite often looking understandably tired and overworked, he never fails to greet me with a smile and a friendly hello. His dedication and positive attitude make every visit enjoyable.

Ok so the last time I was in Cafe Nero, I actively watched flies crawling around the food, so I said I’d get no more food from there. Today, I found styrofoam in my ice, which lets me know they don’t clean their ice machine, so I’m over it.
