There are a few different locations in Boston and this was definitely one of the smaller ones. It was very crowded with a long line and only 2 people behind the counter. One was ringing up and the other was making the drinks. I ordered a Pistachio croissant with an iced Strawberry Vanilla Matcha Latte for carry out. The croissant was excellent but the latte had a bad aftertaste to it. It tasted like it had been made in equipment that had not been cleaned out from a previous drink....

I’ve been coming here for a few months before church and I can’t say enough amazing things about every aspect of the experience… I avoided it for a while because I didn’t want to waste a trip into the city on “a chain” but while I always seek out Nero over Starbucks anyway, THIS Nero is a stand out and stand alone! The menu is amazing, the food is diverse and fresh, the service is friendly and consistent, and (this IS Newbury St) the price is actually low!! I can barely...
