Filling, tasty breakfast sammy. Good oatmilk matcha latte. Adorable atmosphere!

Very kind staff and quick service. Smoothies, coffee and pastries galore! Stop in and check it out!

I do like cafe Nero better than most other coffee shops. There is a lot of atmosphere there. Reminds me of europe.

Caramel latte was amazing as were my pastries including a Madeline which i had never tried before.
Super cute vibe inside with lots of cozy seating options.

Good matcha, but looks like they no longer have any vegan sandwiches

Awful shop. Coffee came out so cold after waiting for 15min. Only one worker in the shop. A simple cappuccino tastes like water. Will never come back here please don’t visit this shop. Also super expensive. Two coffees and sandwiches was $30. Please save your time and money.

Great food, great coffee, and excellent service. Made a great pitstop on our way to the Children's Museum.

Service sucks, if you haven’t noticed, they take forever to make their coffee and are very unprofessional. I was here to get a quick pick me up in the afternoon, was in line for about 20mins while waiting for a barista to take my order. They said that they ran out of water after making me wait a long time while 3 of them argued with one another in front of the customers. There is no point in having a fancy coffee place if you don’t serve coffee.

Although the atmosphere is charming and food is relatively good, the service and the people who work here ruin the entire experience altogether. In the past few months, the service has noticeably degraded. The servers will consistently ignore your mobile orders unless you explicitly complain why the order you placed 30 minutes ago is nowhere to be found. They might take your order at the counter and forget to make it (again) until you begin complaining about it. They won't hesitate to use their fingers to clean the coffee maker or brush off an excess ground coffee.
Overall, whether you want to order something to go or have a relaxing brunch with a friend, take your time and money elsewhere.

I give 3 points only for the coffee. Bacon breakfast roll is dry and lacks sauce. The workers were nice, but they didn’t even offer to sit down while they made coffee, so we had to carry everything ourselves. The table was dirty, although it was 10.30 in the morning and there were a couple of people in the room... I don’t recommend it :(

Decent experience, coffee was meh - ladies behind the counter were absolutely clueless though.
