We tried several different drinks. Cappuccino, regular, latte, chai tea. All very weak. Tasted like a glass of milk with a hint of coffee. We asked the girl behind the counter to add extra shot and she seemed very upset by this and started slamming bottles as she grudgingly made another drink. Which still tasted watered down. I will never go back there again.

Very good food, the bread is perfect and the meats / cheeses are very good. Sandwiches are awesome however I do wish there was a bit more meat to the sandwich as it was a little lean on what was on it.I would eat here again.

I had such attitude from a young lady with light curly brown hair this morning not to be confused with the other girl with very black hair who was extremely pleasant.........the girl I mention was so inappropriate and rude I was taken back especially since I always tip and am always gracious since I know this is not an easy job.

Incredible customer service and barista skills by Marc and Andy today at my first Nero experience.

The WORST cafe experience I've ever had. We waited on line for 15 minutes to be greeted by the rudest most condescending barista who just looked at us and said "what do you want". We ordered our drinks and tried to order a cheesecake in the case to which she said "you don't want that". We asked why and she said "well it's broken" we said we didn't mind and asked if it was still for sale but she continued to say "you don't want that". So we just let it go and paid for our coffees. When our order was ready our lattes were barely warmed, just over room temperature. It was a cold day so I waited to ask if she could heat it up or to remake it and she was SO incredibly rude and patronizing when I was nothing but nice and understanding to her, knowing that they were busy I told her it was no rush but she still was so mean. She finally remade it and it was barely warmer than before but I just took it and left. Horrible customer service and disappointing drinks. The owner or manager who was there was very nice but he should get some better baristas.

not in love with the coffee here at all, but the space is fantastic and perfect to chat in the winter before or after exploring

I ordered the pistachio mocha latte online and it was perfect--not too sweet, but there was a strong taste of pistachio and chocolate. I'm definitely coming back next time to sit inside, the cafe has a super cozy feel.

Iced cold brew was delicious even in the cold Boston breeze, a little slow in the morning but that’s expected. Pastries were also very flavorful.

Worth the wait! Stopped in for a coffee the other day, waited a bit, but it was worth it. Two kiddos with me were entertained/quiet while sitting in comfy chairs checking things out.Would definitely come back to try some of the delicious looking desserts and/or a yummy sandwich!
