Love this place for the days I want to be around people and away from the office at home... Coffee is great especially the espresso and plenty of places to sit amongst the bookshelf. Need a place that's cozy for friends coffee. This is it.

Terrible desserts, eclair and tiramisu have no taste, it’s just very very sweet. One star (not 0) for Cheesecake. I visited Nero in Warsaw PL, it was good, here I disappointed with food. Atmosphere and service quite good.

Had a lovely chocolate hazelnut frappe here, very cooling in the summer heat. The air conditioning is lovely but the line arrangement was a little awkward, and hard for staff to see customers if they're not paying attention. Had a lot of food and drink options for a cafe, and had fast service once I was noticed. Prices are very good.

Had a wonderful gathering outside at Caffe Nero. They have Dragonfruit Smoothies!!! Nicely ground with ice, very refreshing and not too sweet. Really enjoyed it. Will reserve rating Food and Service after I get more experience. Atmosphere was energetic college vibe. Great location to grab a bite/drink and relax.

If I want good coffee, a comfy place to stay and a quiet environment, I always go for Caffe Nero, either in North End or in Fenway. Never tested the food though so I can't recommend.

Caffè Nero is worth driving out of my way for. Service is quick and efficient.Great selection of grab and go sandwiches. Plenty of indoor seating for spending a couple of hours on work. Coffee is quite expensive but I would recommend Caffè Nero for tasty and quaint coffee.
