Caffe Nero is pretty good in general considering it's a chain. This particular location is very good if you like unintentional eavesdropping. It's unique glass wall reflects the sound of a conversation four tables away all too easily. If you come here to read or work, take my advise: bring headphones or earplugs.

Neat place with rustic ambiance, realistic menu, friendly service.
Had an excellent cortado.
Spent a couple of hours reading and when it gets busy it can be noisy, which is nothing new.
Limited seating inside but during the warm season plenty of room outside.

Don't miss the flat white. It's worth waiting in line. DON'T use the app unless you are already there, and can receive it in person
A good place to get your coffee and baked goods. I have been there several times, the coffee is very good. The place has an ideal atmosphere for reading or working.

Cafe Nero is the place to be if you're looking for a peaceful ambience paired with good coffee. While prices are slightly on the higher side, the quality and setting make up for it. We tried the espresso, mocha, cappuccino, and vanilla latte — all well-balanced and enjoyable. They also offer a range of sweet snacks and options like overnight oats for a light bite.

Had the coffee. I’m a coffee snob. It was pretty good. Didn’t have the food. Friendly staff.

Comfortable seating options, including booths with power, upholstered chairs, and regular tables both indoors and outdoors. Service was quick and friendly. There's no restroom in the cafe, but one is available in the lobby of the building.

It is hard to find good, affordable coffee in the US in 2025, but Caffè Nero offers excellent coffee at great prices. It’s far better than Dunkin’ and Starbucks (I don’t understand why people buy coffee in Starbucks, it is terrible). This location has friendly service and a cozy atmosphere.

Just got a chai and muffin from here and the muffin was raw in the center and the chai tasted like bile. The milk must have gone bad. Has to throw it all away. Hoping for a refund but corporate is unresponsive.
