Loved it! Chain or not, each has their own unique atmosphere. The coffee barista was an older gentleman, who was kind and attentive. They knew what they were doing! Perfectly made white chocolate mocha. When you can taste the strength of the coffee, richness of the mocha syrup, and not dairy at all, thats how it should be made!

We dropped by this place wanting something different for coffee other than the usual Starbucks. I finally tried a matcha (raspberry) drink as recommended by the barista and it did not disappoint. My husband loved their peach iced tea. Thanks for the suggestions and making our 1st Caffe Nero experience a great one.

The man who prepares the coffee is an ogre who doesn’t know what customer service is and the coffee prepares it very badly. I ordered a latte and what it did was milk without any coffee flavor.

I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my visit—there are plenty of other cafés that treat their customers with more respect and attention to detail. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this café. The barista got my order wrong, and when I politely pointed it out, instead of correcting it properly, he gave me smaller-sized drinks but still charged me for the large ones I originally ordered. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was frustrating.

The place is filthy. Here when it opennes, floors filled with hair and food. Tables with crumbs everywhere. Love location and food but it's gross.
