Great spot. Shaunna and Janelle got me absolutely hooked on the single origin Colombian coffee. Always super friendly. Greeted with a smile and positivity every day. Wonderful staff.

I was so disappointed. This morning I ordered a latte. It was horrible… it tasted like a Luke warn cup of milk. I could buy a quart of milk for 2.00 and heat in the microwave. The person who waited on me was very nice but needs training on how to use the machine I guess. I tied to drink it but it was really bad had to toss it. I was too far away to go back.I live next door and plan to go back for what I paid for. I tried to call several times-nobody answered the phone. Not good

To be located in a fast pace environment they move very slow and leisurely

One of the more calmer Caffe Nero locations I've been to. Small, but cozy.

The coffee is good, but service isn't. They staff didn't pay attention and made a cappuccino instead of latte. When brought that to their notice, there is no apology. Instead she asked do I want what I ordered ?. What arrogance!

Very rude staff. Not the lady or the young man but there was an older guy he seemed like the supervisor he was very rude and not willing to help the custumer at all. Not coming back.

This could be so much better but the service is so inconsistent. The staff has improved over the last year - now for the most part, all of the baristas are pleasant when in the past it was rare. There was one particularly unfriendly woman who was borderline hostile most of the time first thing in the morning. I'm so glad I haven't seen her in a while.I know it's not an easy job dealing with pre-caffinated people on their way to work. They do a good job and make great drinks. But what is a bit frustrating is I order ahead online a few times a week and every time with the exception of once a month, they don't see my order until I get there 15+ minutes later. I have to tell them I placed an online order. Then they see it and start to prepare it. It's amazing how it still gets missed nearly every time.

Popped in on Thursday, August 24. The matcha, coffee and croissant were delicious BUT the staff that morning was inefficient and RUDE. Won’t be back.

You’re paying for the atmosphere. The bacon breakfast sandwich was disappointing- thin cheap bacon and on a basic roll with instant eggs. Worst part is their payment processor for credit cards has no ability to tip the employees which is a
