Cappuccino Grande (16oz)
Espresso with steamed milk, microfoam, and dusted with chocolate powder. *Please note, we find our cappuccino does not travel well: the microfoam is likely to have dissolved into the coffee in transit, so the drink may not be of the quality you are used to enjoying in store. We'd recommend ordering a Latte (perhaps with an extra shot) or Flat White instead

This review pretty much applies to all the Caffe Nero's. In almost everyone I've been to the service is poor. This is because there is usually only 1 person taking orders and filling them. Crazy, right? I assume the owners are trying to keep staffing costs down. Tihs makes the lines long, the wait long. Also, it's typical for the staff be rather slow at everything they do. We were in Boston with nine of us staying in the Jamaica plains neighborhood and stopped here for coffee and pastries every morning. The staff kind of adopted us as we are diehard Redsox fans from Iowa. I loved the Spiced Pear lattee as well as other drinks. The patries were amazing as well but it was the staff that made us feel at home.

I don’t know who made my drink this morning but to the two baristas working on Wednesday morning around 8am- you have amazing customer service and yall made my drink enjoyable! It was full of flavor and they were not shy on the chai! Great start to the day!
