On Sunday morning, this was the only place open, so I went to buy a drink. When I entered the shop and greeted the staff, they ignored me and just kept talking to each other. Even after I finally placed my order, one of them continued chatting without doing any work, and it took about 10 minutes to get just two lattes. When the drinks were ready, they hardly tasted of espresso—basically just milk.

It's worth a stop if you need coffee / a quick bite. It was chaotic, but the 2 guys working were doing the best they could. Decent amount of seating for what it is, kind of messy tables, but due to understaffed-ness. I'd go again.

Staff were completely rude. Shockingly rude. I asked for a latte paid for it and then asked for the code to the restroom. The guy working at the counter took my drink back from my hand and said he would hold it until I came back. Come again?? Also, I made it clear my order was dine in (ordered one of their mediocre quiche looking thing) and he gave me a paper cup when everyone else was given mugs. I went up to the counter and the other, just as unfriendly, barista shrugs and pours my drink into a mug. Not sure this is relevant, but the man who took my coffee away from me seemed to have mustered enough decency to ask a man before me “how can I help you, sir?” so I’m kind of thinking he is sees himself as a NYC club bouncer who decides who fits the look, age, gender of the cafe and who doesn’t. Honey pie, it’s a chain coffee shop. Get over yourself. But shame on the managers who let those two inept baristas get away with it. SHRUGGING at a customer is never okay. And you don’t put your hands on someone’s drink after they’ve paid for it and you’ve given it to them. Treat everyone the same. Never again.

This is a very nice place. They have a great collection of books and even allowed me to read some of them. The food was really nice. The service was really nice and the staff/servers were really nice.

Horrible and rude staff. For the prices, you'd expect a properly made drink. Dirty tables and overall messy cafe. It has potential with a good location and atmosphere, but it desperately needs better management to turn things around.
I have visited this Caffe Nero multiple times and I really like it. If you're lucky enough to be able to grab a seat in the back, it's a really nice space. The drinks are good, just like any Caffe Nero. The staff has always been friendly.

Although we asked for porcelain cups, they were only willing to serve us cappuccino in paper cups (there were enough cups and other guests were sitting in front of their porcelain cups). The cappuccino was OK, but with way too much milk. No comparison with a real Italian cappuccino.

I usually love cafe nero, though i wanted a caramel frap my boyfriend ordered ahead of me and got his caramel frap, then when i went to order it was busier and another girl came out from the back, she asked me what i wanted and i told her a caramel frap and she said ok iced caramel latte and i looked at her bc thats not what i asked for and she said i cant blend anything right now and i said ok.. she told me “its the same thing” (no its not) my caramel latte wasnt even mixed
