Very nice cafe in the North End. We tried their famous Espresso Martini & Lemondrop Martini, and both delivered. We also tried the Tiramisu and Cannoli, also very good. Staff was very friendly and tentative. I do recommend this place.

" This is the only place in Boston, possible in the USA that has the best ? Italian expresso, latte ? and cappuccino...and much more !
My favorite ? pastry in the Apricot Croissant, OMG , It's been 24 years that always go to Caffè Paradiso to have my Caffe Late & Apricot Croissant ? with my great friends ? Andrea & Luigi & Adriana.
Mornings are my favorite time of the day to show up and start my day on the right path .
I super recommend this place. It's a genuine feeling that you are truly in an Italian caffe .
It's a MUST go?

Just stumbled on to this place while walking in the North End and really glad I did. This place is a gem. Just sit down at a table when you walk in and they’ll serve you. I didn’t know what to do exactly when I walked in and had to explain myself when I got caught standing by the counter. The gelato and coffee are great you won’t regret the experience of coming here.

My first time in Boston. My Aunt and Uncle took me here and I absolutely loved it. My Uncle told me how they hit cocoa is made and I did worry because I'm used to suger, milk... It was the best hot cocoa I have ever had. I took my cousin a cannoli because he couldn't go with us and he loved it. He hadn't had one in a while and was so happy. Loved this café.

As many have said, the owner/manager is rude. We ordered a drink and a water. Unfortunately, due to the hot weather there was condensation on the glass bottle of water and it dropped on the floor. The wait staff was nice and cleaned it up no problem. The owner/manager however, acted like it was the most despicable thing she's ever seen. We paid for the water. We were never asked if we wanted another or anything else for that matter. Not a way to keep or retain customers. Pass by. There are much nicer places to spend your money.

Really disappointed with this place. Came in and love the European vibes. Sat down and right after I ordered my drinks the waitress brought me my check. I had just sat down. I was going to order food but less business for them I guess. The old lady Italian owner was in there yelling at all of her staff. One poor young waitress looked like she hated her life. Would not come here. If nothing else, the owner’s attitude and how she treated staff turned me off from coming back. For reference I was there at 2:45 so it wasn’t a “peak busy time” either.

Absolute worst service ever. Got scolded like a child for taking a bite of a pastry that I had from another cafe even though I still spent $60 on coffee and gelatos at their cafe. Terribly rude. They should worry more about their terrible tasting gelato and pastries. The manager couldn’t even come over and say something herself, but instead had an employee come over and say something. Save your money and go to the other cafes in the north end that don’t treat you terribly.
