This used to be my go to place, but no more. The food quality is okay and delivery is quick, but to charge me nearly $3 for requesting sauce on the side. Not extra sauce, just the sauce that already comes with the chicken - $3 for that? Will be the last time I order from these guys to avoid being charged extra money after the fact for something so basic.

I was staying at the Townplace suites and ordered delivery. They was delivered in a reasonable time and the price wasn’t too high. That where the positivity ends. I ordered an egg roll, chicken lo mein, beef teriyaki, and pork fried rice with a bottle of water. The delivery driver practically throw the food to me and jumped back into the car. When I got up to my room and opened the bag there was no water. The food was plentiful but anything fried tasted rancid and it really throw off the taste of the chicken lo mein. The only good food was the beef teriyaki. Don’t know if this is a one off bad night or the norm but left an unpleasant taste in my mouth.

Found a baby roach in our food specifically seeing this in our house fried rice we order often big orders drive far to get to this location because the prices are great but this was unacceptable I was very disappointed also very sick after eating my food I'm so upset will never return in my lifetime it was cooked in our rice we do not have these bugs in our home I'm so upset.

This is my first review for a restaurant in my life. Delivery driver Siu Yan lost his temper on me in public because my messages were full, but I have a screenshot proving I called him and that was a literal two minute difference between his first call and my being at his vehicle, I tipped almost $5 for a 0.3 mile ride. The guy hit the gas and sped off in the middle of my taking the food from him and apologizing, he yelled at me for not answering the phone?! Usually good food and service, I have been a regular for a few years now and had no issue with them at all in any way, it has always been great. I haven't had another adult give sass like a little girl before, but I'll be going elsewhere from now on.Considering the restaurant? Go inside and see for yourself how Clean it is. I have pictures of that too since it was the topic of discussion at our family's house that we worried the place was a tad dirty, but they knew us by name and were always nice. Too bad really. I will find the photos today and post them here.

I used to really like this place. But my last time ordering, I ordered online and thought I was ordering chicken with rice but it just came with chicken. I called to let the restaurant know and the owner basically started a fight with me that I shouldn't be ordering online, I should be calling him. ??? This is almost 2024, I want the convenience of ordering online. If I can't do that, I am simply going to order from somewhere else from now on.I don't understand why he couldn't have just explained to me how to order it correctly next time instead of picking a fight with me. I splurged for delivery on a Friday night and just ended up with a plate of chicken and getting yelled at on the phone. Customer service skills could use a lot of work.
This place is terrible, there food is not that good, bad service and I seen roaches there. They charged me 5$ for extra duck sauce too. Good luck if you go there.
The food is just really really bland. I got the general gaus chicken, shrimp lomein and plain fried rice. All of it was bland.

Nowhere to sit and I could care less! This place is deliciousssss. Four of my friends and I found this place on a whim and had a little buffet with everything we got. Scallion pancake and spring rolls were my favorite!

Worst Chinese food ever. Egg roll tasted freezer burned. Kung Poa chicken tasted like soap...no sauce! Vegetable fried rice was dark, flavorless, & gummy.
