very slow service. empolyees not working at all.
Nice big spacious cafe. They serve verve coffee. We ordered cappuccino and poor-over. It was disappointing for a 6 dollar cup to receive it in a paper cup. The poor over coffee itself was so so tastewise. The cappuccino was bland according to my boyfriend.

The coffee was decent, but the scones were very disappointing. The space is clean and open with lots of room to chill or work.
If you buy a bag of coffee make sure to check the date on the bottom some were 2 months old and past its prime.

This location has lots of seating, and of course, many outlets. The coffee and service is great.
There are usually only two (sometimes three) barista's behind the bar at a time, drinks take a while as a result. If there were more people behind the bar service would probably be much better.

I went in to open a credit card and met Rome who helped me choose a card that worked for me and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone here is super awesome but Rome went above and beyond, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me open my first card! Thanks again

Really not a fan of Verve coffee - the espresso is mid and the cold brew was sour. Verve is a big downgrade from Pete's in my opinion.

Place looks nice overall. BUT still 40 minutes left before closing and they stopped making espresso based drinks ?

I ordered an iced Americano and noticed the price was different from that I had in a different Capital cafe after I left. It turned out that they didn't ask me to choose a size and automatically gave me the largest one. My friend later visited the same place and discovered there are three different sizes for the iced Americano. While it's not a huge issue over a dollar, I find it frustrating that they chose the largest size without asking and that the service was unkind. I’m not sure I’ll return to this place.

It is freaking amazing idea to collaborate with a coffee shop inside the bank (capital one)
Verve coffee is excellent choice which I consider it as very chill and a high standard one …
I visited Verve coffee in Tokyo where is in Ebisu and it is more chill and chic
The coffee served here could be better and it is too light thus we requested to add one more shot …

I wish they did not drop Peet's for coffee. Verve is nowhere close to Peet's. I used to stop by often, but those days are gone. I prefer to pay full price at Peet's than half price for Verve here.
