The lounge is at the Renaissance Boston Seaport Hotel. We stopped in for breakfast and really enjoyed it. For my breakfast I had the avocado toast with a side of chicken sausage and my girlfriend had the oatmeal. It was a perfect way to start the morning. The avocado toast was delicious and the oatmeal hit the spot. The lounge had tables and a bar area with high top tables which provided plenty of space from other diners. Lastly, the hostess and waiter were excellent in taking care of us while dining.
$30.00 per person for buffet brunch is ridiculous! Felt like I had to eat at the hotel restaurant to use the $30.00 resort “credit” (read: fee). Was disappointed to see my food and beverage fee would only cover one person for brunch! Food was fine but no breakfast buffet is worth $30!
Hotel restaurant and bar. Bartender was smug and acted like I was bothering him ordering a beer. Burger was not great. Asked for medium and it was well done. Also 20$ for a drink should be a crime.

Food and drinks are kind of over priced but still good. Came here because we were staying at the hotel and had to spend $30.00 that they charge you a day. Server was rude and short the whole time. Ordered a muttered of different kinds of cuisine, all was good. One again, good food, over priced, rude server. I would recommend the truffle fries over anything else, they were exceptional.

Five stars across-the-board. I stayed in the hotel. This is the restaurant we chose to eat in and have drinks and it is elegant tastefully decorated. The staff are amazing. It was extremely clean and the food was amazing. There wasn’t a lot of options on the menu, but there is pretty much something for every pallet and despite the price, you are getting exactly what you’re paying for and if you see it on their menu and you think you might like it take my word you will enjoy your meal

Speechless about how this guy treated us.It was surprising that in this lounge of 4 stars hotel but worst service that I ever had.I know the name of the guy but no need to mention that.I never want to give any reviews especially bad one but sorry Capiz Lounge management , you have to train your employees more about manner, respect and how to treat your customers equal without looking at what ‘COLOR’ they are.Never want to come back there anymore on my next Boston trip.

Located in the Renaissance Marriott Downtown. Nice comfortable rooms and clean.
Food looked amazing. SERVER SUCKED! Restaurant was a little busy only was a party of two. They brought my friend’s plate and when I asked where my plate was, the server told me, “We’re busy. Be patient.” I explained to her that normally when a party is served all food is bought out, not just one plate. She rolled her eyes. I don’t do bad customer service. I told her to cancel my meal and bring my check. She then puts her hand up and in my face says, “Give me a moment.”
Who does that? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST! The manager comes over trying to EXPLAIN. Miss ma’am. There is NO explaining away rudeness.
If you come here, pack your patience and let me know your experience.

I dined there for both breakfast and dinner during my recent trip to Boston and was definitely not disappointed.I really enjoyed the Seaport omelet for breakfast and my dinner faves were the turkey club and meat lovers pizza. All very generous portions and the pizza and turkey club I took the leftovers to go for a second meal.If I ever return to Boston, I will definitely be returning.

Cozy space in the Renaissance hotel. We were here on New Year’s Day so not much in the area was open but we enjoyed our evening here. Good selection of beers and food, it’s a little pricey but the area is nicer.

Nice place for a meal and to meet and have a drink with friends. It is on the expensive side, but not terribly bad if you are on an expense account.

We stayed at the hotel and ate here for breakfast. The hotel provided at $25 food and beverage credit (that went along with a $25 resort charge), and the restaurant charged $28 per person for a breakfast buffet. Eggs, omelettes, and pancakes were available to order, while the buffet itself offered scrambled eggs that seemed like powdered eggs. Typical breakfast fare was available. It was very expensive for what it was and we would not eat here for breakfast again. Our bill after the credit, including tip was $46.
