Service was a bit dismissive (never acknowledged or looked at me, so I had to interrupt the staff's convo) at pick up but the pastrami sub is good & was larger than expected!

I don’t know what changed, the owner or new chef I don’t know but i know Cappy’s is dead. Worst pizza ever. The pizza is soggy and the toppings and cheese are separated. I’ve been going to Cappy’s here and there for 6years and you have lost a customer. Cappy’s is dead.

visit today, BBq. Chicken is a great brunch slice! Best pizza still only $4.00 cheese, and $5.00 specialty toppings and a huge slice. Try the bbq. Chicken. Super friendly staff that have all been there forever.

living here 18 years and i'm NEVER ordering again. When you order so much on the app you earn points and eventually get something free. They charged me for the free item even after showing them. Once these new owners took over it's been nothing but bad food and money hungry. Very disappointing. Especially being they are very close with my Family.

Great, large slices of pizza. I've never had a bad slice from Cappy's. All of their flavors are great.

Food is good but don't order a large sub stick to a small, I usually order small subs, which are good, so tonight I decided let me get me a large since the small is really good, I got a large, Got home and notice that the same amount of meat that I get on my small is the same amount of meat on my large, I had nothing but bread at the end of my sub no meat just bread, mayo and mustard, to top it off I paid $16 for a large and $13 for a small, next time I'll save myself $3 and still get the same amount of meat and get a small🙄

This is truly the best pizza and sub shop in Boston. Absolute best buffalo chicken sub I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot. This is always the best.

Kid-friendliness: Always SO excited to serve my children. They’re so nice.

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, open space, chairs and tables instead of booths.

First time to Boston. Stopped in, and we were NOT disappointed. The portions were huge, the flavors were *chef's kiss* perfecto. It's a short walk from Fenway. They are open late. I ordered a calzone, and it wasn't even their biggest one, and it was bigger than a newborn baby.

Their gluten free pizza means a gluten free crust with breaded chicken on top (not gluten free). Not safe for people with gluten allergies. When I brought this up to them they smiled and explained that’s just how their restaurant works. Their pizza is NOT safe for gluten free people.
