Food is actually good for the breakfast but they're usually slow on service. The owner is nice too but I hate one of the ladies that work there. She has no patience, never smiles and looks like she hates her life. I usually only go in the morning when they open. There would be nobody but me. The lady would just cross her arm with her rbf and stares at me, asks rudely which bagel I want my sandwich made with. Like dude, it doesn't say on the menu that you can pick your own bagel. In fact, it doesn't even say what it comes with. Menu is never clear. I say my order, she goes off in the kitchen to make it. Fresh food though and they make good but expensive pancakes. She comes back out, say that my order is ready, sometimes say the total cost, and that's it. Sometimes, she don't even say the total to me and usually never ever bother to ask if I want a receipt. This is why I don't bother coming here even I work there unless I'm super hungry. And I don't get the good reviews on here.

It's a small, family-run cafe that has great breakfast sandwiches. They actually use real eggs!

A nice little cafe hidden under the building, run by a family. The food is simple and tasty, and very well-priced. The owners are lovely and very friendly.

Causeway cafe is a hidden jem. In the basement of the building that houses companies like Uber Boston lies a little cafe run by three Muslim family members. They serve breakfast, lunch, smoothies and delicious lavazza coffee. This is the kind of place where the owner remembers your order. It feels like home.

A hidden, but public, cafe inside the federal building. Cheap (subsidized?) eats, decent quality
