I usually really like cava but avoid this location. I couldn't eat most of my bowl because the lentils were hard as rocks, the soda machine sprayed wildly soaking my jacket and the staff is rude.

Place a order online Waited like 40 minutes for a kid bowel, the workers act like they don’t care Continue to make other food after I’ve stated that I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes, then I asked to place a order as a walk in cus they was taking to long, & still told me I had to wait, I won’t be back no time soon, what’s the point of placing a order online to still wait I could of just walk in .

At 10:45 pm 11/4/2025, I went to pick up a Too Good To Go order. The pick up time was 10:45-11 pm and there was a woman and two taller men working. When I walked in, I was immediately shut down by a lady because I came in “after” they closed. She expressed to me that I shouldn’t have been in there because the door was supposed to be locked. I attempted to explain myself and she refused to let me.

I ordered online, but my order wasn't ready at the scheduled pickup time. I waited 30 minutes past the pickup time, and it still wasn't ready. It seemed to be due to staffing issues. The person at the register was also responsible for filling online orders, but they couldn't keep up because they were busy processing transactions for in-store customers. There were two other staff members helping with the in-store line, and one of them could have been spared to handle online orders while the other continued assisting the line. The person at the register could have then helped with online orders once they finished ringing everyone out. I ended up not getting my order. I'm hoping for a refund or store credit.

Update: Customer support online was able to issue a refund. They were understanding and prompt on addressing the issue

The stuff was AWFULLY RUDE from the beginning, for no reason at all and we got really upset with that.
The food was so mediocre, it wasn't worth the money. We tasted the Greek salad bowl (which had nothing to do with the traditional Greek salad and I know that because I am Greek) and the falafel.

TERRIBLY RUDE PERSONEL. Seriously, what’s going on with the people working there? They made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome the whole time. Food was mediocre and had a weird aftertaste.

I always eat here but when I say now I’m going to have to second guess every bite I mean it. I bit a black staple that was in my bowl that looked like a tiny stem and I quickly found out it wasn’t after it pricked my lip. I’m not trying to be too brutal but god forbid I didn’t feel it and it cut my throat or worse.

Very good indeed, it satisfies my healthy demands and my appetites, I always look for cava and once again the courtesy and presence of dear Martinho is a special seasoning!!

My friends and I were just at this Cava and LOVEDDD it. We met with the visiting manager, TJ and he was completely welcoming and friendly! We will definitely be coming back! Cava needs more managers like TJ!

To the manager of this location I'm am very upset with how your team you hired couldn't do their job properly they were turning customers away including myself talking about there's management issues after I went to Bennett all of a sudden they're able to take customers nothing like throwing you under the bus I really wish your team did better I will move longer come to this location

Extremely rude worker served me. She had an attitude the second I walked in. She shamed me for not spending the money on a full bowl since I was doing too good to go. If a manager happens to read this she’s the short blonde girl
