I ordered online, but my order wasn't ready at the scheduled pickup time. I waited 30 minutes past the pickup time, and it still wasn't ready. It seemed to be due to staffing issues. The person at the register was also responsible for filling online orders, but they couldn't keep up because they were busy processing transactions for in-store customers. There were two other staff members helping with the in-store line, and one of them could have been spared to handle...

My friends and I were just at this Cava and LOVEDDD it. We met with the visiting manager, TJ and he was completely welcoming and friendly! We will definitely be coming back! Cava needs more managers like TJ!

The last time I had cava was in MD, almost 7 years ago lol. I definitely wasn't a fan back then but I'm glad I revisited this place. The food tasted super nice for a lunch, definitely felt that the portions were a bit smaller (not too much) coming from Texas but it was enough for me !
