Very interesting experience with Chipotle like service but with Mediterranean twist: Falafel, and feta cheese. Worth trying.

I made today 2 orders from them totaling $49+. They didn't add my couple drinks to the orders and when I asked about them they asked to oick them up from there! And I paid to a bowl of state more than $27 and it was almost half full with couple beef pieces. The food and the service for pick up is much less than the money I paid for them.

I’m honestly really disappointed with my order. For over $13, the portion size was extremely small. I finished the bowl in just a few bites, and the amount of protein was so minimal that I was still hungry afterward. The staff wasn’t very helpful when I was choosing my bowl and made several mistakes with my order. I didn’t correct them at the time because it just led to more confusion. Additionally, the seating was cramped, making it uncomfortable to have a conversation with the tables so close together.

I visit this CAVA quite often because of its proximity. Every time I visit it's the same attitude from the employees and unwillingness to show a drop of hospitality. I hear employees back-talking myself and other customers in line always in another language as if we cannot understand. I find this so unfortunate because the interactions with the employees is always very concise and usually very efficient, however there is no need to put in the extra effort to be rude or even resent paying customers for coming in. They cut your portions like their checks depend on it!
CAVA is crazy good, I'm hooked forever, even if the employees bully me in Spanish lol.

The spicy chicken avocado sandwich gave me a headache after eating it. Something is in that sauce.
The guys at the grill and the front were great and had high energy !!

Some how it's not that good. Cold chicken..:/
The food was amazing but the guy who started my bowl was SO RUDE. I asked for a steak and feta pita but in a bowl. He shoo’d we off and told me to “go back and look” and waved me off with his hand. I again told him what I wanted but he made it but was rude the entire time. This was Sunday, 11/23.

I’ve been ordering online pick up for a few years for lunch. Recently, the portions are getting worse. For $16 you’re basically getting 8 bites from it. Best if you go in stand in line for 30 min to receive a better portions…

I am appalled at how small my food portions are getting. I’ve been a customer of cavas for years now and it’s getting ridiculous how much cheaper they’re getting. I had asked for extra toppings in my bowl and when I come pick it up, it’s only half way full. Mind you i am paying $18 on one meal, not including drinks. The least thing they could do if fill it up especially because I had added extra portions to it. I will not be coming back, it’s getting way too expensive for such small amount of food.
