Food itself was pretty good, but service incredibly slow. Literally waited an hour for food when there were 3 tables. Cooks visible chatting with other staff instead of cooking
Also 15% service charge without notification for a table of two. Wanted to like this place

Solid Cape Verdean cuisine with US-style service. Always a good time.
Live music can be a little loud.

I am not a fan of Cesaria. There were many negative experiences there. Some of the people there are trash. I wouldn’t spend money here. Too bad Boston Cabo Verdean community does not offer great options to support. I travel south of Boston for better options.
Excellent service. The staff blessed me with a phone charger when I needed it the most. Could not be more grateful. Wonderful !

This Cape Verdean restaurant serves very delicious food.
Rice cooked expertly, Toresma astounding. (It is my guilty pleasure) Feijoada needed more collards and linguica, but it was eagerly devoured in spite of. My fault, I'll specify extra collards and linquica going forward.
I will be ordering delivery and frequenting this restaurant for delivery, takeout, and sit down as time permits. I'll be sure to take pictures next time.
This was a genuine hidden gem for me. I look forward to exploring the entire menu in the near future. You should as well.

This would be a great date night restaurant, if you didn't know if buffet style Cape Verde, American and some Caribbean style foods. Very inexpensive imo...will be revisiting soon.

Uncomfortable atmosphere with disorganized and unpleasant staff, uninspired food. The only saving grace was the strong drinks.
