Gorgeous atmosphere. I’ve never seen a combo meal feature bubble tea before so that was cool… why is my chicken still pink and bloody?
Recommended by my daughter to this place for their Taiwanese style fried chicken steak & tenders. We ordered both the fried chicken steak and crispy chicken bits with rice coated batter. These are really both crispy & tender with their own spices. This place is also known for their bubble tea - brown sugar tea Recommend to come if you are missing some Asian/Taiwanese street food
🚨OUTDOOR SEATING🚨
This place is awesome. I am a huge fan of fried chicken from South America. Outside of the selection and the pricing, the chicken sandwich is why I came. I wanted to spend less than $20 bucks and fill me up until the early evening. I also ordered the fried dumplings, my goodness. *Italian kiss to the sky* if I lived here this would be my go-to quick snack during work or something. I’d trade in Popeyes for this shop to be worldwide. YUM-YUM, chicken review-> I almost couldn’t finish it, it’s really meaty, tender and flavorful. (I chose not to put any sauce) I did want more skin on my chicken. Honestly, after my first bite it wasn’t necessary. I wouldn’t have been able to finish the sandwich had it did. I appreciate the fact it took time to cook!!!!!!
I will be coming back.

I usually rate things on a scale of "good" to "not for me" but the bubble tea here was certainly just objectively bad. Ordered the classic milk tea and jasmine bubble tea with honey boba, both were basically straight water. Bubble tea is one of those things that is usually decent as it's hard to really mess up, but after the first sip, we were both shocked at how flavorless it was. No tea flavor, and the honey boba had no sweetness whatsoever, to the point that maybe it was a mistake and someone forgot to add the honey to it? The popcorn chicken was pretty decent although a bit salty, so giving this place two stars. I rarely write reviews on places but this boba was so disappointing that I had to take the time to write this

Cha Kung Fong & X.F Fried Chicken Chinatown delivers a flavor punch! Their spicy fried chicken burger was perfection - the crispy chicken had just the right amount of kick, making each bite a delight. The mango bubble tea was also a refreshing treat.

Good tea and fried chicken for the price. The portion size for the chicken is great, it’s packed tight! The tea is alright, made with powder and sometimes seem lower portion of real tea. Chicken flavoring is pretty good, but a bit too salty. Need the tea or some water to balance it.
Over all pretty good, but not super impressive. My go to spot after coming home from YMCA for swimming each month.

When I came here for the first time, I could not believe the quality of food that was being served here. Hands down, they have some of the best fried chicken sandwiches in Boston. They are juicy, tender, and not greasy at all! I always get the spicy one, and the level of heat is about right for me. (It may not be spicy enough for some folks) I have since come here a few times and tried other menus as well, but when I come here, it is usually because I crave their friend chicken sandwich.
They also have a large selection of beverages. I recommend mixed fruit tea (A5), which is served in an extra large cup with a trident like straw.
Inside the store is spacious and clean. A perfect spot for grabbing a quick bite or catching up with a friend! I have also seen people studying or working on their laptops.

Nice and affordable chicken spot with great flavoring options. Make sure to ask the cashier for what seasonings your can get on the chicken. Otherwise the food is a little bland in my taste. Personal favorite is their cumin seasoning. Do not see many places seasoning with cumin, very tasty on fried chicken. Decent variety on their menu as well, but chicken is definitely the standout. Drinks are also good, definitely recommend getting one of their combos.

Great spot to relax with some fresh fruit tea. There's a self-ordering kiosk, as well as the counter. We didn't try any food, but I would definitely come back to do so.

I got the peach 4 seasons, chicken sandwich, and popcorn chicken. The drink was really good. It had real peach bits inside. Not too sweet either. The chicken sandwich was a little basic, lettuce, tomato, chicken, and mayo. I got the spicy one but it was very mild. It was okay overall. The popcorn chicken was better. I got the salt and pepper. It’s almost like Taiwanese popcorn chicken without basil. Overall solid spot, would come again.

I placed an online order through their official website for some fried chicken based on the good reviews. Like one reviewer say, the packaging is pretty nice. The 8pc fried chicken wings were super crispy. FYI, the original flavor doesn't have any flavor. It's literally just plain fried chicken wings. It came in a box that has 6 holes for ventilation so it doesn't turn soggy. The pistol chicken did have flavor with some orange sauce. They put my order in a very nice reusable bag instead of a plastic bag or brown bag.
Extremely slow service. Very weak and bland drinks that are basically sugary water. An unexpectedly disappointing experience despite positive reviews.
