I’ve been coming to this place numerous times by now, it actually became my weekly go to. The Thai tea is so good, I’m a huge fan of Thai tea, and yet I can tell you that they don’t make their Thai tea with powder, they BREWED the tea. You can’t believe how many stores put their use powder to make Thai tea. Customer service are always on point, never disappointed, they will bring your order to you if they are not that busy. And if you haven’t tried the Taiwan sausage, you missed out on one of the best things in this world. Give that a shot if you haven’t! Good Job Cha Kung Fong!

I’ve eaten here over a dozen times the past couple of years, and always order “to go”. I’ve mostly gotten the chicken wing combo or chicken sandwich combo, but I’ve tried a lot of their different drinks. The food quality is always consistent. I think it’s pretty good fried chicken. They definitely make everything to order, so the food always comes out hot and fresh - which is important to me. The staff are friendly, and the place is clean. I absolutely love their drinks, the orange jasmine with jelly is my favorite. Prices are also reasonable! Love this place :)

The egg waffle was not very tasty at all, and had to wait a long time for it to be made. And on top of that, the price of it was pretty high.

Best fruit tea in town and best customer service as well. Their drinks never go wrong. 😋

Good boba tea - no sweetener in it, so if you like it sweet you have to ask

Tried three times, and every time, I had to repeat my order for the squid and brown sugar milk tea, and also try new stuff.

The brown sugar milk tea is always so plain. Their brown sugar is purely decorative, not for flavor. The photo was taken after I asked them to add brown sugar two more times, and still tasteless, like regular milk tea with less sugar.

The giant squid is tasteless but bitter—I always have to ask for more cumin or seasoning—and the meat tastes bitter every single time. I won’t be coming back to try again. I always want to give more chances before leave review, but they are consistently bad.

Also, I tried something new this time: lychee sparkling water. It had ZERO sparkle because the staff put it under the soda machine for like a second. I had to ask them to do it properly. It tastes better with the right amount of sparkling, but it’s just alright—not even close to good. Don’t waste your money at least on the items mentioned above, and be brave and ask for them to make it right!

Giving two stars because the staff’s attitude was pretty good, she was polite and so was I!

Got the chicken strips combo with fries and an oolong brown sugar milk tea. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good in that I got 0 enjoyment from the meal, but it wasn't bad enough for me to just throw it away. Other places just do the exact same thing but better.

Excellent customer service!!!! My parents always said if hubby and I ever go broke, it’s due to our addiction to bubble tea and eating out. Hubby went by out of curiosity once, and couldn’t stop raving about how good it’s. He said this red dragon fruit tea is the best he ever had in his life and we are approaching our 40s. We came in the snow today all the way from Braintree. We normally hit up Vivi and PTea in Quincy but I felt the need to come and try this. Hubby ordered me a jasmine cheese foam tea 50 percent sugar, but somehow it came super bitter. We brought it back and asked to put more sugar in. They immediately made me another one with 100 sugar, and asked me to try it and let them know. They can make it for me again or I can order something else. The customer service was EXCELLENT! We go to PTea a lot for their jasmine tea and my husband always said why the cashier looks like we owed them money. We will definitely be back to Cha Kung Fong, for their customer service and great price. What a hidden gem! Price is great too!

Gorgeous atmosphere. I’ve never seen a combo meal feature bubble tea before so that was cool… why is my chicken still pink and bloody?

Recommended by my daughter to this place for their Taiwanese style fried chicken steak & tenders. We ordered both the fried chicken steak and crispy chicken bits with rice coated batter. These are really both crispy & tender with their own spices. This place is also known for their bubble tea - brown sugar tea Recommend to come if you are missing some Asian/Taiwanese street food

This place is awesome. I am a huge fan of fried chicken from South America. Outside of the selection and the pricing, the chicken sandwich is why I came. I wanted to spend less than $20 bucks and fill me up until the early evening. I also ordered the fried dumplings, my goodness. *Italian kiss to the sky* if I lived here this would be my go-to quick snack during work or something. I’d trade in Popeyes for this shop to be worldwide. YUM-YUM, chicken review-> I almost couldn’t finish it, it’s really meaty, tender and flavorful. (I chose not to put any sauce) I did want more skin on my chicken. Honestly, after my first bite it wasn’t necessary. I wouldn’t have been able to finish the sandwich had it did. I appreciate the fact it took time to cook!!!!!!
I will be coming back.

I usually rate things on a scale of "good" to "not for me" but the bubble tea here was certainly just objectively bad. Ordered the classic milk tea and jasmine bubble tea with honey boba, both were basically straight water. Bubble tea is one of those things that is usually decent as it's hard to really mess up, but after the first sip, we were both shocked at how flavorless it was. No tea flavor, and the honey boba had no sweetness whatsoever, to the point that maybe it was a mistake and someone forgot to add the honey to it? The popcorn chicken was pretty decent although a bit salty, so giving this place two stars. I rarely write reviews on places but this boba was so disappointing that I had to take the time to write this
