Order a Philly with only mayo and ketchup not that hard The guy continues to make my water without it and then what lettuce and tomato or at least tries to. I catch him. I said no only lettuce, tomato, lettuce, and tomato but they did not anything and ketchup. They were gonna do it afterwards instead of putting it on the bread, I know I sound real picky but the attitude previous to this got me mad French fries were I asked for mayo on the side she wants to try and charge me $.60 doesn’t make sense but whatever I said she can keep the mayo I’ve never been so disappointed for a food chain like this and they act like they did nothing wrong and this is why it’s not that busy just because you work in a food court doesn’t mean you will lose customers for your service or lack of I would never recommend this place

Food was disgusting. Period. Seems like they spend more money on their artistic boxes and wrapping than the food quality. The food came poorly made and clumps of cheese and pepper was sticking on the roof of the box. Very disappointed.

It was pretty decent. Ultimate fries were good, not freshly fried but it was still nice with the sauce. The philly cheesesteak was fresh, tasted okay, would have love a change in flavour maybe a sauce or bell peppers.

Food was made quickly. Got the chicken california. There was literally no meat. It was like two flimsy meager shreds of bacon. Really was mostly veggies and ranch, should have just been a veggie sandwich. Just a Terrible, flimsy sandwich. Literally a rip off. DO NOT go here. Subway is even better. 😓

These people give bad customer service. I waited 15-20 minutes for my food and everyone after me got there food before I did. I kept telling them what I ordered and they still didn't make my food. Even people who ordered 10 minutes after I did got their food before me. I told the manager what I ordered and she didn't even apologize she just said " oh I forgot" without a care in the world. When I got my food they still gave me the wrong flavor of wings.

I wanted to try the new chicken they had and when I went to place my order I was talked out of buying just the chicken to buying the combo. When I got my order the staff said the combo didnt come with the drink. On the menu they clearly have the combo depicted with a drink. Do not get the wing combo expecting a drink because you wont get it :/

Kinda dumb. Large fry is same size as small fry. It cost me 19 bucks for a sandwich and fries. They charge 25 cents for a bag. I usually don’t care about price that much but it was kind of obnoxious. Small amount of food
I love coming here whenever I’m in the area. The Philly cheesesteak is amazing. It is always prepared how I want it, and the delivery is quick. I will keep coming back!
