Best banh mi in this area, and the competition is significant! I've tried every place in the neighborhood and this is by far my favorite. Yes, the sandwiches are cold -- this is how they should be, and they're an absolute dream on a hot day. Also, super affordable. Just remember to bring cash, no cards!

Banh mi at this location sucks. It's very chewy and has very few ingredients. The Asian guy that made my sandwich was very weird and rude. I asked for a Vietnamese iced coffee with boba and he replied, "This is a Vietnamese restaurant, not American. If you want coffee with boba you'd have to go to an Americanized Vietnamese restaurant." He even made a joke saying that I'm half Vietnamese and half Caucasian. This guy is such a clown. Don't support businesses that don't respect and appreciate their customers. Go spend your money somewhere else.

Small family owned business. From my experience; customer service was good, friendly, and helpful when I was unable to pronounce certain words in Vietnamese.Quick and simple!

I came here for breads only, first time the bread was perfect, second time it was fine still, then all the times after that the breads were terrible.. either not fresh, under baked or over baked or missing ends. It’s not professional to serve customers based on because you know them or know them well. And customers are always right.I love bread but this is not how to be treated. If you love your business, love what you do, love your customers then you have to treat them the way you want to be treated.I came here just to buy bread, the first time the bread was perfect, the second time it was fine, then every time after that the bread was terrible.. either not fresh, under-baked or over- or under-baked. head.It is unprofessional to serve customers based on the fact that you do not know them or know them well. Been buying Vietnamese rolls here for over two years. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but they are always nice and always have great quality bread baked fresh.

THE best Vietnamese beef stew (bò kho) I've ever had. Highly recommend. Most definitely will be stopping by often. No indoor seating unfortunately.

It’s just like u’re getting the mini baguettes in Paris. Stay fresh and crispy for all day, for next day just a few seconds put in bake in the toaster it’s like it comes alive again ? of course I mean it’s fresh and crispy again??. Also there are variety delicious VN.cold cuts and sausage for making the Vietnamese sub ( bánh mì).Store is clean, staff are courteous. Good place to get your good meal for a day?

Well. I don't know what kind of bread these are. I paid for breads, not improperly baked dough. Money is still money. No one wants junks!

Great place to buy bánh mì, the baguette taste great with different fillings. They do not have a lot of options for food but good place to get food.

The people who work there are not friendly. We bought banh mi from there three times, and with different type of banh mi every time. The recent time experience, he made the wrong banh mi, even though he asked us three times what Banh mi we wanted. The Banh mi were all cold and it tasted like a day old meat. We also got very little meat in our banh mi. You can just say the entire banh mi was just the bread itself.
