Up until 2 days ago, I really loved this place. The Italian sub was my favorite. Suddenly it is only a few slices of deli meat and cheese. It no longer has lettuce, tomato, oil and vinegar, hots or oregano. Two days ago, those were all included. When I called to inquire about it, I was told that the sandwiches never included those things. Except that every sandwich I ordered included them.
I guess I'll stop ordering food from Checkmate. Bummer! I used to order fairly often. Their loss, as I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I anticipated on writing this until I went to my mailbox and saw not 1 but 3 huge flyers shoved inside. I was upset when a good portion of my steak and cheese was all fat and filled with hard pieces of cartilage. I could not believe it for the amount of money I payed for it 17.00. I'll just make my own next time , sad !!!!!!!!

I've never had so much garlic on a slice of pizza in my life, and checkmate was always good. I'm not sure i didn't have time to get a no-name, but that's my only go-to there. Considering I haven't been there in years, you always have to think a slice is safe

I've been ordering food from this place for YEARS!! Over 15 years of GREAT food, AWESOME place to either dine in, pick up your food, or delivery. ANYTIME I've ever had ANY problems with my order.. they've always fixed it right away without a problem (which in over 15yrs has been less than a handful of times anything was wrong)!!

Their pizza is the best!!..I also love their fried shrimp di ner best I've ever had..The man who takes the telephone orders is very efficient and pleasant..The driver who delivers my food is very friendly...I love this place and highly recommend!!
