ZERO STARS. my friend got her purse with her wallet, cards, keys, everything STOLEN and the management was as helpful as a bag of rocks. Food is horrible, drinks are disgusting. Everyone looks pissed to be working there. Security at the front - ALSO useless. Never going back.

Stopped by Cheeky Monkey with a couple friends around 11:35PM after a Red Sox game. The security guard let us right in, but it was only after 15 minutes or so of being completely ignored by two bartenders that we realized that last call was at 11:30 and the bar closed at midnight. It would have been very helpful if there was a sign saying that, the security guard told us that, and/or the bartenders acknowledged our existence.

The only way to describe this place is repulsive. The atmosphere. The management. The food🤮. Theft occurs almost every night and Cheeky Monkey somehow does not seem to care. Very strange way to run a business, seems to be going straight into the ground. Unsafe all around from the crowd that sulks around to the slop they serve you on a plate. Would not recommend and definitely would NEVER take my friends or family here. The biggest disgrace Boston has ever seen.

Is ZERO an option???? This place is a joke. Don’t bother bringing anything in here with you that you value - you’re at a HUGE risk for theft in this place. Don’t bother asking them for help either, they’ll literally lie to your face about what they saw/know, even though they review the cameras, then they’ll just ghost you completely! No one in there can be trusted. Also, the food sucks and the beer is flat.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Cheeky Monkey Brewing in Boston was so bad I felt compelled to warn others. From start to finish, it was a complete disappointment.

The customer service was absolutely terrible – the staff were rude, inattentive, and seemed overwhelmed, with no regard for basic hospitality. The place was overcrowded and chaotic, making it feel more like a fire hazard than a fun night out. It did not feel like a safe or well-managed environment at all.

My friend had her wallet stolen inside the venue — including her ID, all her cards, her car key, and deeply personal family items. When we reported it, management was extremely unhelpful. Despite asking to review security footage from that night, they refused to cooperate and are now ignoring her calls entirely. It’s unacceptable behavior from any business, especially one that claims to be a professional establishment.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you value your safety and personal belongings, stay far away.

As for the food – it was shockingly underwhelming. What we received was either barely cooked or clearly thrown together with zero care. For a place that charges what they do, you’d expect at least a minimum level of quality and consistency.

Between the unprofessional service, unsafe overcrowding, and the poor food, I can confidently say I won’t be returning – and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent night out in Boston.

Dj was good, drinks and food on point.

A lovely modern feeling pub directly across from Fenway park and MGM Music Hall. I sat at the bar and enjoyed 3 crisp Coors Lights and the mozzarella cheese ball appetizer prior to heading in for a Red Sox game. Service was excellent and the pre-game atmosphere was palpable and vibrant.

Sitting on the patio was fun but the service we received by our server was absolutely awful. The girl didn’t even tell us her name. We sat waiting for a corna that apparently was never even rung in. She couldn’t have said more than four words to us. Disappointed in my experience.

I was there last week, invited from a very big US company I will not mention. Really bad service!!!

First time here. Would like to rate 3 based on service but they were slammed and pulled through which is admirable. Food was good and ambiance is on point.

Food is not all that but lets be honest you do not go there for food. You go there for athmosphere and fun! Which we found plenty of 😍
Really really fun night with the family! Would love to go back!

We went before a concert at the MGM. We knew between the concert and the Red Sox game it would be a wait. We waited about 20 minutes before being seated which was good. Once we were seated we noticed that people were pouring in. Several people were at the bar, and the second a table vacated, they claimed the empty dirty tables. Before long the bar was totally packed.

We waited about 45 minutes and no one came to our table. There were so many at the bar we couldn’t get drinks from there. We ended up turning in our menus after having to squirm through the massive crowd of people to get out. The front end management did not do their job, and the hostesses were doing their best but clearly overwhelmed. Overall, we won’t be returning as this seems to be a recurring issue.

There are some incredibly hard working people here, but the majority seem to be mad they are at work. Extreme long waits for drinks at the bar, waitress seems to be almost asleep and I’d love to review the food but after 30 minutes it still hasn’t come.

Pretty fun vibe on a Friday night -- a little less loud than the other bars around. A lot of the arcade games were a bit busted up or malfunctioning tho

I appreciate that you allowed my girls to use the bathroom
