It was nice just to say I went to cheers. Food is really bad
This place looks EXACTLY like the sitcom outside, but completely different inside.
However, that is not the fault of the business. We went inside and had an adult beverage and it was still cool. Lots of nostalgia and a cool store supporting the show. People were having a real good time. Can't speak of the food because we did not eat. Would recommend everyone come by here for a drink and a bite to eat.
Food was okay. Your paying for the experience to be here.
Was too crowded to try and get seated. Took pics and can say we visited it.
Very busy with meandering tourists (myself included), we were seated quickly despite the crowd. Service was very slow. Food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. We ordered the Philly Cheese Steak and the Salmon BLT. Tasty Bloody Mary and Blackberry Mule.
They don't have anything specifically gluten-free, but I got a cheeseburger, no bun, and coleslaw instead of fries. I had no issues. While the restaurant was hoppin', our waitress was attentive to us. We enjoyed people watching and took in all the decor around us. It was super hot outside, and our waitress offered to fill up my Stanley with ice water. A small act of kindness that I'll forever remember and appreciate ❤️.
Great food and service and fun to see the place that inspired the show. Definitely recommend.
Normally I’m not a fan of tourists trap places, but as a Cheers fan, I had to make the pilgrimage here! However, getting a seat can be quite difficult as it is always busy it would seem.
Nobody knew my name, but that’s ok. Still a great place to visit!

This is absolutely 100% worth a photo outside with the iconic sign, and if you can get a bar seat downstairs, would recommend a beer too.
But everything else is a ridiculous cash in, and the replica bar upstairs just feels weird in a random room.

Not willing to make gluten free food celiac safe.
For a place charging over $20s a plate this is sad.

This place was great! Lots of photo opportunities and the food and drinks are yummy!
Vegetarian options: We had the vegetarian panini sandwich and the Boston Breeze! Fries were nice and crisp. Yummy! Service was terrific!

Everything was well cooked. Personally, I prefer more flavor. I've had much better clam chowder on the west coast with rich flavor. By comparison, this tasted watered down. As a longtime fan of the TV show, I can say the staff exceeded my expectations in customer service and friendliness. I can not speak for parking we walked from a nearby Hotel.
