Thought Chick-fil-a had better standards than this. Rude staff and forget ordered items. I’ve walked out of this place to find that half of my entire order was missing.

Jonah is an amazing manager he’s very nice and welcoming and not the fake kind either he’s genuine and I was taken aback. Greg was great with taking our order there was a slight miscommunication with the order but when i brought it up to Jonah he fixed it immediately and was sincerely apologetic. This is officially my favourite chick fila now.

TOP TIER SERVICES WITH W FOOD AND WORKERS. These lovely ladies made sure they took very will care of my friend and I. They allowed me to express my feelings about the fries which were salty. The workers also gave us ice cream. But in exchange they accommodated us with freshy warm chewy crunchy fluffy delicious home made cookies. THANK YOU xoxo Luany and Amina:3

The staff at this restaurant is very rude and unprofessional. There is one older man who wears glasses and is professional, but the rest of the employees act like they came to school or a daycare to play — they take their work not seriously at all. When I was picking up my order, they turned their backs to me, laughed, and chatted with each other. Even though my order was ready, it was not handed to me, and their behavior was completely unprofessional.

This staff is unexpectedly rude and irresponsible, and the restaurant management should intervene immediately. If the owner cares about the restaurant’s reputation, they need to employ serious, professional, and responsible staff.

Not sure why you have 3 team members helping the order line but only 2 people, 1 of which who’s 2nd day it is. Just because we are picking up means we get less service? It’s insane. Have the right people on or turn off your mobile orders.
